this is 3 bedroom apartment boutique apartment high standards renovation fully equipped with all the necessary product ..
full kitchen and all the accessories you need for cooking. There is 4 LCD TV one in the living room and 3 in bedrooms .
2 washing machine , Dryer , Dish washer , free wifi connection .
it use to be 2 apartment that we connect into one big apartment so it can be perfect for 2 couples

Les plus : un emplacement idéal a quelques mètres de la plage et de tout l'hypercentre , calme et ensoleillé bien qu'en rez-de-chaussée
Les moins : TRES SALE et VETUSTE. Les photos sont TRES flatteuses ) , qu'il s'agisse des salles d bains du sol carrelé de l'ensemble ou de la cuisine ( même la vaisselle était à refaire intégralement )!!!!
De plus, vaisselle en très faible quantité et qualité alors que conçue pour 7 personnes , un jakuzzi inexistant (ne marchait pas ) et impossible compte tenu de la saleté
Nous avons protesté" quand l'agence nous adressé u email la veille e notre départ ; il a été répondu qu'il aurait suffi d'un email r pour qu'ils dépêchent une nouvelle a la femme de ménage et qu'il y avait bien du linge de lit de rechange ( car on ne les a pas trouvés )...

when the tenant first came to the apartment she meet the maneger and did not complain for cleaning and say nothing .
I did tell here that we always want to improve and if there is problem we always fix it .
the apartment was clean and ready and there was plenty of linen in the closet and also under the bed , they just didn't contact us all the 2 week ! .

Amazing experience
I stayed in the apartment on Sirkin for six weeks.The place was just perfect in size,2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen,eating area.There were 4 modern televisions 3 air conditioners ,washer dryer..everything to make my stay very comfortable! Because I'm in a wheelchair ground floor access was very appreciated..The owner,Guy was just amazing.If I did not how to work something he showed up to help me within the hour.He showed us how to use the appliances.Once my scooter,I thought was broken because it was not accepting a charge..Guy found the solution immediately and saved my vacation..He was extremely honest and good natured.He refunded to me a days rent because I miscalculated the days in the apt.Really honest!!also location is excellent..close to the beach,shopping,restaurants etc.Highly recommend this apt.and dealing with Guy and Eric,his partner..

Perfect!
Our family has been renting apartments in Tel Aviv for 7 summers in a row. We have always needed to find a different apartment due to various issues. There are no issues here. It was perfect. The owners are honest, authentic, kind and so helpful. When we extended my stay they came and helped us move! When the apartment needed something it was brought to me immediately.
The location is amazing, 7 minutes from the beach and right in the center with the best restaurants. The apartment has everything you need/fully equipped. (I was there for 6 weeks). Everything worked well (wifi, TV's and washer dryers).The apartment is clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. It is 2 one bedroom apartments put together. It is on the ground floor and so there are no stairs to climb.
We have found our new home away from home. I just hope that after this review there will be a spot for us!
Again the trustworthiness of these owners are unparalleled. You can relax and enjoy your vacation and know that Guy, Arik and Sammy are there for you. Thank you guys!!

Great Stay
"We had an absolutely delightful stay in this little gem of an apartment. Our hosts had everything clean and ready. They were able to give us several options for booking parking in the area and were instantly responsive to every request or question we had. We would absolutely rent from them again."

great location
this apt., totally renovated. was most comfortable for me.
communications with owners were good. very responsive.
the location is so good: plenty of restaurants around the corner or 24/7 grocery stores. 5 minutes walk to one of the nicest beaches in tel aviv.
walking distance to lots of places. loved it.

Best location and quite apratment near beach
We enjoyed our stay in the small, but very convenient, clean and cozy apartment near the beach and in the middle of town with very friendly and helpful service. I can warmly recommend the apartment and we'll come again whenever possible! Thank you.

Great Location, Great Service
I've stayed with these owners 3 times now and they are always great. The apartments are located in perfect areas and are clean and do the job. They always work with me with anything I need. Don't hesitate, this apartment is a great choice.

Comfortable apartment
A clean, comfortably appointed apartment in a convenient location in Tel aviv, within walking distance to both the beach and downtown restaurants and entertainment. We highly recommend it.

Perfectly situated close to Sheinkin St. and the beach.
Nice decoration, ground floor, so not much light.
Good contact with the owners !!!
On arrival, the appartment was not perfectly cleaned ( dust on all the furniture and floor ). I wanted to clean myself, but there was no vacuum cleaner - the next day they brought a new one !
