You can soak up the sun on the roof terrace or open the canopy to enjoy the deck and dining table in the shade. Want to maintain your fitness programme? We have a set of resistance bands for your use and the deck area is the perfect location for an early morning stretch & workout.
Cook a meal for yourself or invite your friends & family. The kitchen has everything you need; a built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, liquidiser, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of cookware, crockery and cutlery to entertain. No need to buy water in disposable plastic bottles - the apartment has it's own filtering system with drinking water available from the kitchen tap. Solar energy provides our hot water.
Double doors from the living room lead into the bedroom which also has patio doors connecting with the roof terrace. The bed is a comfortable 160cm wide with a medium/firm mattress. There's plenty of built-in storage in the bedroom so you can fully unpack and put your suitcases away.
The included fibre optic internet connection has a download speed of 300Meg/s with WiFi throughout. We have an Android Smart TV with attached Apple TV both with Netflix apps and you can also stream your own content from your phone or tablet. The Sonos sound system enables you to stream music to the living room, outside speakers and bedroom Play 1 speaker.
With triple aspect windows and patio doors, the apartment enjoys a wonderful sea breeze for much of the time. The living room and bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans and there are 2 wall-mounted fans outside. The apartment also has aircon for the summer and heating for the winter.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has a lift.
Guests have sole use of the whole apartment and roof terrace.
As the apartment is right on Nordau Boulevard, you can expect some noise from the traffic below. You can also hear the birds in the trees and the occasional gull! There's double-glazing throughout so the apartment is quiet at night with the doors closed.
We don't have any parking rights but there's a public car park 400m away by the Yarkon River.

Interaction with guests:Â I know how important it is for guests to be able to get help and advise anytime and I'm always available to guests both before and during a stay.
The flat is situated on a tree lined street in North Tel Aviv, near to the cafes and shops of Dizengoff St. Nearby are coffee shops, bistros, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The beach is a ten minute walk away.
The Apartment itself is bright, airy, spacious and comfortable. We also had our son staying with us who used the SofaBed in the lounge and was very comfortable.
The Owner has thought of everything to make your stay memorable. It has every facility you could think of for all kinds of weather. The huge terrace gets the sun for the most of the day and is a perfect space for relaxing or entertaining. We had 10 people over for an evening and the terrace provided the perfect venue. A top class entertainment and sound system, barbecue and large dining table make it a great space.
Bradley could not have been more helpful in sorting out minor teething problems. They really have thought of everything you might need.
I really recommend this for a stay in Tel Aviv. You will come back very happy.

On a Tel Aviv rooftop
This rooftop place is just in a league of its own. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very functional. We stayed for a month and as my partner is an enthusiastic cook, we found that the kitchen with its appliances, the BBQ on the roof and the entertainment possibilities amazing! The sound system with loudspeakers inside and out is fantastic. The mattress super comfortable! The apartment is so well equipped, there was literally nothing we couldn’t find. Bradley is a wonderful and responsive host who always responded very promptly. The location, second to none. Minutes from the beach, the park, restaurants and shopping. And the view of Tel Aviv from the rooftop even on a winter evening (many TA winter evenings are quite pleasant), is just a joy!

Best couple apartment
There is no words to describe this apartment...the view just breathtaking,the neighborhood one of the best in Tel Aviv with everything you might need within 5minutes walk,the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need from sound system with amazing playlists for every taste,till a bbq with skyscrapers view! It was clean like a 5 star hotel and the host was just amazing available everytime i needed with rapid solutions and answers! This apartment made my vacation one of the best i ever had! Thanks again for everything!

Great place and host in Tlv!
This apartment is amazing and the owner was very kind and professional by helping for all our needs.
We had a great time in this lovely apartment, which had all in it. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

A stunning, modern apartment with incredible outdoor living area in a fabulous location
I recently stayed at Nordau Blue and had an entirely wonderful experience. It is a lovely open space, with the main attraction being the huge outdoor living terrace, fully equipped with a large seating/decking area, a table and chairs and a bbq. As well as of course great views of Tel Aviv!!
I found that there was such attention to detail and thought in everything in this apartment; from the electric blinds, fans and fabulous sound system to spare Rav Kav travel cards available for us to use to get around the city with ease.
The location is phenomenal; a 2 minute walk to Dizengoff street where there are hundreds of bars and restaurants, and also very close to the trendy port area. It is incredibly easy to get around Tel Aviv from this location as there are a number of bus stops nearby, as well as a direct bus straight to the airport which is extremely convenient.
I found the space to be immaculately well-kept and clean, and had everything that one could possibly need to enjoy a stay in Tel Aviv.
It is a truly beautiful apartment and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Tel Aviv. I hope that the space is available next time I am in Tel Aviv as I would definitely love to stay there again!

Highly recommendey!
Bradley is an incredible good host and answers all your questions within minutes!
The apartment is amazing: Clean, stylish, great location and probably the best rooftop in Tel Aviv. Great for long BBQ dinners... and the perfect place to just hang around or do some exercises.
He paid a lot of attention to details: Sonos sound system inside and outside, big grill, mood lights on the rooftop, electronic blinds in all rooms and a big canopy outside. He even provides you some sport equipments and rav kav cards.
The bathroom is as well very stylish and the shower is great. The kitches has all you need to cook a proper meal, including a dishwasher.
Furthermore there are all sorts of cleaning materials including a washing machine which comes very comfortable.
We can highly recommend the host and the apartment and will come back for sure.

Nordau Blue is in the heart of North Tel Aviv. Nordau is one of the most beautiful streets in the city; a wide tree-lined boulevard with cafe's and juice bars dotted along the middle of the street.
Set on Nordau Boulevard, the apartment is a few minutes walk to Dizengoff, Yarkon River and the cafe scene around Basel St. The beach is just 10 minutes walk and the trendy restaurants & shops at the Old Port are a short stroll.
Getting around
Tel Aviv is best explored on foot with a stroll along the beach promenade or meander through different neighbourhoods and stop for a coffee and snack.
Here are some other options for getting around:
Moovit: great app for routes and times of buses & trains. They don’t accept cash so you’ll need a Rav Kav travel card. I keep 2 cards for guests to use (shelf by front door). You can charge these at Super-Pharm, Super Yuda, Good Pharm, Cofix and other outlets. Bus rides cost 5.90NIS. Moovit doesn’t seem to recognize Nordau 51! (hint: Ziv Apartments is nearby).
Bubble: this is a shared taxi service with a flat fare of 15 NIS to go to and from any bus stops in Tel Aviv. Currently being piloted and good for longer rides that would involve bus chang

How to get there
There are a number of options for transport from Ben Gurion airport to the airport with varying costs, time and convenience. Please note that the buses and trains don’t run on Shabbat.
Taxi:
You can pick up a meter taxi outside the arrivals terminal. The standard daytime fare is 144NIS for up to 2 people with a supplement of 4 NIS per bag. There are supplement for more guests and night time journeys. If you arrive on Shabbat, this is your only option.
Bus:
The 445 leaves Ben Gurion every hour day and night and conveniently stops on Ben Yehuda near the junction of Nordau Boulevard. It’s then about 3-5 minutes walk to the apartment. The cost is 10 NIS (you can pay with cash) and takes about 1 hour.
Train:
Take the train from Ben Gurion Terminal 3 to Savidor Centre Tel Aviv. The trains run every 30 minutes and cost13.50 NIS; journey time is about 20 minutes. From the Savidor Centre train station, you can either get a taxi or the No 5 bus to Nordau Sokolov. It’s then about 1 minute walk to the apartment.
