The Newly-remodeled apartment is taking place in a quite and family neighborhood, away from the noises. A few years ago we decided to build with some friends of ours, we ended with this beautiful building where everyone built his/her own apartment. We have two apartments in this building, our apartment is downstairs, you will be renting upstairs. Which means that we will be here to welcome you, and help you if you need anything. My husband and I teach classes near by at the Bethlehem University. We speak: English Arabic French German There are supermarkets nearby, where you can find vegetables, fruits, and everything else you need, there is also a lot of grocery and meat shops in the area. If you are not sure of where to go for anything, just ask Kawther. She will be glad to get it for... About the neighborhood
There is opportunity for an easy to hike in the mountains around Bethlehem, especially the nice hike in the mountains of al-Makhrour going until the village of Battir, a UNESCO world heritage site. Kawther knows her way around the city she knows people who are living in Aida Camp, the camp is surrounded by the Apartheid wall, she will explain to you more about the situation in the refugee camp and the Israeli occupation.

Everything is a taxi ride, short bus trip, or a mild walk away. No need to spend extra on a rental car.

Our place is very close to downtown Bethlehem, the Nativity Church, Banksy Walled Off Hotel,and a bus stop to Jerusalem. It's all only a 5 minute taxi ride away or a brief scenic walk. The neighborhood is just a 10 minute walk from the Russian Center and Dar Al-Kalima University College of Arts and Culture.
