Other things to note:
The building and apartment secured by access control card. I do need to register the guest with the building for security purpose, therefore i shall ask you for your copy of passport/ personal contact information when you confirm the booking. By Vietnamese law, it is compulsory to register guests in hotel/ household for safety purpose.
