This Stunning Villa is set in a beautiful countryside setting, in a coconut plantation. Situated only 12 Kms. from central Pattaya, with a direct motorway link directly into town. Sunbeds are provided by the swimming pool, also a large umbrella for shade. The swimming pool is the main feature of the garden; it is very large 12mts x 8mts with a circular sit down Jacuzzi. The pool is children friendly, with a shallow area 3'-6” depth, covering an area of approximately 3 mts. by 8mts, so children are safe. Cascading into the pool is a stunning 12'waterfall. In the evenings the garden is illuminated automatically, with lights highlighting the lovely tropical foliage. The swimming pool has LCD lighting underwater, also waterfall lighting. There is also an outdoor toilet, changing room, also a shower. Inside the property the Kitchen is a very modern American style spacious room, with all white goods supplied, oven: Gas hob: Fridge Freezer: Microwave: Dishwasher: cool drinking water machine. Fresh coffee grinder and maker machine, toaster, a cooling wall fan unit, also a breakfast bar. Smoking is permitted in the garden & Beer Bar areas. Enjoy the free Wireless internet facility Internet fast, having 13mps download speed, and is accessible in all the rooms, and garden area. I just experienced last night 22/3/2018, if you are looking for UNPRIVACY, UNWELLCOME, UNSERVIC staff and SUPER RUDE OWNER
PLEASE BE THEIR GUEST....
I have ask the owner to turn on the TV as we couldn’t make it work as their written instructions at 21.00....when the Wife of owner has come, she started to complain at us that we didn’t read the instructions properly and ITS NOT HER JOB to SERVICE. So I tell her to get out because,that’s not the right way to service and we didn’t demand anything only just turn on the TV.
A few minutes later her hasband has come and rudely shoutings at me that I was rude to his wife he yell at me to get out from his property in that night (hello! I paid to stay and we didn’t make any trouble we come with our little kids) and he was about to start fighting
also complain that our room rate from Agoda website was so cheap since we and too many request while others pay more that’s the reason she was unhappy to service
Oh! By the way owner said he will call the police to put me in jail as I was rude to his wife because HE PAID to the police...
