The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and nicely furnished. I had a nice picturesque view of the general area. Other than the Wi-Fi, everything else worked as it should in the apartment., and it was cleaned daily, including the dishes being washed. Eric, the person who manages several apartments in the building was nice, and very helpful. The apartment is not far from the airport, and they can arrange airport pick up for you if you wish. From what I could tell, there are a number of people from different parts of the world who rent and own units in the building, which is a hi-rise with at least 25 floors. There is a small store on the ground floor, as well as a Bistro. The bistro is clean, the food is tasty and reasonably priced. Though I did not use the service, laundry service is also available at a reasonable cost. My only issue was the Wi-Fi connection, which was not free, and for it not to work in the apartment on a consistent basis was a bit frustrating. I for one NEED reliable, consistent internet connection when I travel. Not to have that was a major inconvenience for me. Before flying back home to the states I stayed in a different apartment in the same building for one night, apartment 412. The Wi-Fi worked great in that apartment. Though smaller than apartment 704, apartment 412 was also comfortable and nicely furnished. Apartment 412 has a nice patio, but there is not much of a view. Again, other than the..not so consistent Wi-Fi connection, I enjoyed my stay in apartment 704. I was told that there is now a router in apartment 704, so the Wi-Fi connection should be much better. Had it not been for the inconsistent Wi-Fi connection, I would have given this property an excellent rating.
