Free service: Once a week cleaning and changing of linen and towels, water and unlimited Wi-Fi internet. Renters also have the free access to the facilities of the apartment complex such as beautiful swimming pool, basket ball court and jogging tracks, and the garden space.
Apartment complex includes 24 hours self operated elevators, high security guard, CCTV, security key card access control, secured parking space, emergency light, fire extinguisher.
In order to make the life easy for the renters, a gym, sauna and steam room, laundry service, hair salon are available at the complex. Seven-Eleven super market is at the first floor while Big C, Tesco Lotus super markets are just around the corner with few minutes of walking distance. Central Bangna, Seacon Square, Paradise Park, IKEA and Mega Bangna can be reached via public bus or taxi.
We did not stay in this specific condo but we stayed at THE BASE
A friend and I stayed in THE BASE Sukhumvit 77 complex (Not this specific rental). This is a gated community with restaurants and shops including a 7-11 found in the Habito mall on site which gives you everything you need at different prices points. There are pools and gyms you can have access to. You can grab a motor taxi to the BTS line and the drive is very short (1-2 mins). You are also a 7 minute walk to the W district where you can find the W market which has a lot of life and good vibes. I would recommend this place if you want a tranquil safe area in Bangkok to use as your base of exploration.

Great location, excellent amenities, some services not provided
I rented this condo for my 19-year old daughter traveling alone to Bangkok for an internship. The location is convenient to food and household shopping, and less than 10 minutes walk to BTS. The immediate area offers food stalls and restaurants. The condo is beautifully appointed, with plenty of space for one person with bed, sitting area, kitchen to prepare meals, and dining nook. The swimming pool, workout room, on-site convenience store and ATM were all high quality (and unexpected) amenities. The building has two levels of security - a gatehouse and entry key card, which is also coded to the floor of occupancy. A disappointment was that the weekly maid and linen service advertised as included in the price was not provided. Also, the advertisement lists "free" water service, but my daughter had to pay a bill for water at the end of her stay, which was unexpected. These are the reasons for a 4 instead of a 5 rating. My daughter's phone became inoperable for the last week of her 5 week stay, causing some confusion about the check out and frustration for the owner and my daughter. On contacting the owner through the message box on the TripAdvisor/Holiday Lettings site, I found she responded promptly, which I consider another plus.

Didn't want to leave!!
This condo is perfect for one or two people. The building is really clean, with security, a gym, 7/11, laundrette, a couple of cafes, a nice garden area, a kids area, a basketball court, a football court, a pool etc!! The owner is lovely and really helpful. She provides cooking utensils and cleaning bits which is nice. Good tv, however only a couple of English channels. There's enough storage space for a short stay (we stayed for a month and it was fine). It's good location, a 10 min walk to the BTS and quick to central Bangkok, about 20 minutes if that. There's the Big C supermarket near by, some good street food and a Tesco Lotus too. Definitely recommend this condo, it's great value for money and is so much better then guest houses or hotels!! We will definitely be returning!! :)

I would return to stay at this place next time in Bangkok.
Convenient and most services needed are within the complex.

Nice Room
I was hesitant taking the room at first, however, I think I have made the right decision. The room was nice, the location is quite good for me as I wanted to be away from the central Bangkok and the night life. The location was just right, everything you need is just nearby, amenities and restaurants few meters always, the sky train is around 10 to 12 minutes walk where you could reach central Bangkok in 20 minutes.
The room owner was very helpful and kind, she arranged the keys and gave me a brief about the building facilities. She also provided some water, tea bags and cleaning material. The room is fairly small but was perfect for me, it is suitable for 2 people with all the facilities you expect in a room. In general, it was very good experience and I would go back again if in Bangkok.
