This was a wonderful place to stay for our travels to Bangkok! Great location - easy walking distance to the air train to visit The Grand Place and other temples. The owner was very welcoming and helpful to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

I've had a few good AirBnB's, but this place is surely as good as it gets!... Location is right in the heart of a nice restaurant, mall, bar, massage etc. district, a stones throw from the easy to use rail system (recommend this!) and really is a classically beautiful and stylish apartment that was perfect for our family of mum, dad and boys 15 & 12. Pool is fantastic, gym is very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you'll need if you want to cook instead of eating at the very good and cheap food places all around (we didn't go near the kitchen lol!!) .. Henry was a brilliant host, he arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport (and get us to the airport at 6am when we left!) which was awesome (at reasonable cost) and was there to meet us in the car park and show us up to the apartment. He then not only showed us how everything worked but provided very valuable tips on how to get around, best places to eat, shop, etc.. made it a dream short stay for us (we were traveling back to Australia from Africa so wanted to break the trip up)... Highly recommend this place and Henry as host. Just awesome.

We love this condo! On the previous trip, we had stay at the condo on the 18th floor. While I like that condo, I did not care for the noise from the BTS. This unit is on the 14th floor, away from the noise. As with the other unit, it is nicely decorated with all the comfort of home. Henry was out of town so his wife, Dr. Worawadee, was there to greet us. She was wonderful to work with. Both Henry and Dr. W. are wonderful hosts. As with many reviewers have stated, you cannot beat this location. It is centrally located with many shops and restaurants nearby. The condo is within 5 mins walk to the BTS and the MRT stations. Super convenience and clean. We would definitely be staying here again in the future.

We spent 3 nights here and this apartment was amazing! It was beautifully decorated, very clean and a great location. Perfect for our family of 4 with room to spare! The owners were so accommodating and nice. I can't say enough good things about this rental!

My husband and I stayed in this very well equipped apartment for 4 nights. Mr. Henry sent a driver to pick us up at the airport which we would definitely recommend to do. Apartment is in a nice quiet building with security. The apartment was very clean and had daily maid service. It's centrally located and very close to sky train and subway. There is also a building very close by with ATM's and a supermarket is also walking distance. Mr. Henry was very helpful in giving us tips on where to go. It was so nice to come back every evening and relax in our living room and have a glass of wine instead of being in a hotel room. Building also has a nice pool and exercise room. Loved having a washing machine...less to pack and more space for shopping!!

We were a party of 4 and stayed for 4 night at the citismart condominium, apt#14, Sukhumvit Soi 18. Any trepidations we had on arrival at Suvarnabhumi vanished rapidly. As promised, a driver was waiting for us at the designated spot. When we arrived at the accommodation, an employee was at the lobby to greet us and whisk us up to the 14th floor residence. Even better, we could not have asked for a more central location. The sky train and the Metro station about 7 min walk away, two prominent malls equally well positioned. A local inbound tour shop nearby, recommended by the owner, as well as the legion of mini-marts and eateries all round us. The citismart’s in a sweet spot, but the good thing didn’t end there. The apartment itself was neat and adequately furnished to meet the needs of even the discerning traveller. The attention to detail was evident in the simple items like fresh linens and adequate toiletry articles. Lastly, not to forget the generous doses of valuable pre-arrival tips given by the host, Henry. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who seeks more for less.

We stayed here for a couple of weeks with my 2 six year old children. We loved the close proximity to the shopping district (Terminal 21 is visible from the lounge room window!), the sky train is seconds away, great local food is just down the street and the best thing going for it - the owners are friendly and full of local advice. This apartment had everything you could need (and more) - we much preferred to hire something like this instead of a hotel room for the same price. We had so much space and had the option of cooking for ourselves, doing our washing and didn't feel like we were living on top of each other. Would highly recommend.

As stated in other reviews, the location for the apartment is as good as it gets in Bangkok and Henry is indeed a gracious host. Our flight into Bangkok was delayed and Henry was there to meet us when we finally arrived at midnight. He responded quickly to all texts and emails and happily accommodated our changing travel schedule on both arrival and departure. I would not hesitate to recommend him and stay there again. The photos provided are accurate. There were no issues with water pressure at all, and while you can hear the Skytrain from the apartment, it was not an issue at all as far as being able to sleep. The Skytrain stops running shortly after midnight and Asoke is a late-night area, so it was quiet in the apartment each night when we turned in. The washing machine was a big plus, as we arrived in the middle of a 2-week trip and were traveling light. Detergent for the washing machine was even included! The kitchen is well outfitted, though there is very little need for one in this area. There is a 7-11 just outside the entrance and really great street food right on the soi if you are looking for that. You can also walk to many restaurants and the nearby food court at Terminal 21 is one of the best values in the area if you want street-style food with the cleanliness and comfort of a mall. We were a group of three and were able to entertain 2 additional friends comfortably in the living area. Our friends (who live in the area) were very impressed with the apartment as well. Great TV reception, fast wi-fi, good air conditioning. We really felt at home. Things to be aware of if you are staying there: The drapes are not blackout drapes, so bring a sleep mask if you are going to be getting over jet-lag and cannot sleep with light in the room. The beds are also Thai style, which may be a little firm for western tastes, but that's the norm in this part of the world. The building has 24-hour security and controlled access, which made us feel comfortable, but only 2 access keys were provided, so it took a bit of planning when 3 of us had different places to be.

Very clean apartment in a rather old building centrally located. But two major negatives it's very close to the sky train line and the noise wakes you up very early in the morning,also the pressure in the shower is pathetic.

The apartment was in a great location and easy to find. It was smart and modern yet felt homely and comfortable. We had all the amenities that we needed, including a washing machine (which was great as we arrived in Bangkok at the end of a 2 wk trip in Thailand). The apartment is in a great location and we found ourselves close to the BTS skytrain and metro. Despite going to other malls during our trip, loved the fact that Terminal 21 was so close that we could just pop over. Henry was hospitable and helpful. We travelled with our 6 year and 8 year old and our mother. The apartment worked out well for us and we would recommend staying here.
