Superfriendly stuff (most of them do not speak English though so please be aware), tasty, however basic breakfast, nicely decorated, clean. A BTS station nearby. Well, we could not ask for more. Dafinitely value for money :)

Great!!
We stayed here for a week. Visiting Bangkok coming from Germany. It is a lovely place hidden away from the main road near to bts. It makes you feel home and welcome. The rooms are very clean with aircon balkony and nice bathroom. There is always staff around and always friendly and helpful.
For me it was a perfect stay
