What a great apartment in a quiet and beautiful location. We stayed 3 nights to relax and celebrate a birthday. Sally welcomed us and gave all needed information, while remaining available whenever we had more questions. The apartment itself it spacious, well equipped and clean. The building has a gym, ping pong table, kids play room, pool table, golf practice rooms, private little cinema with about 25 seats, and nearby you find a BBQ area and an outdoor swimming pool. Beware, some bamboo vipers are in the mountains if you plan on using the BBQ area. We are seriously considering returning too the same place!

The apartment has everything we needed for our two weeks stay. We love the apartment, it has beautiful views and the decoration is modern. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the shower is powerful. The kitchen is well equipped for making our meals and the washer/dryer is excellent too. Denys, the owner sent us a lot of information about the areas and the things we could do during our stay and Sally, the agent met us on our day of arrival.

We love the location of the apartment. So easy to get around town. It is not in the center of metropolitan but convenient for our travel plan. It is quiet and spacious for our family of four. The view where the Damshuei river meet the ocean is gorgeous, especially during sunset and sunrise from the living room window. We appreciate the extra heat/ cold air unit in the bathroom. The host is generous to provide all the amenities. The unit is well taken care of and when we encounter a small issue in the apartment, Sally, the agent of the host resolved the problem in no time. It is a plus to have an agent who lives near by and will respond immediately.We feel at home while away from home. We are so happy with the experience and will come back to stay again in the near future.

If you are traveling with Kids, this place has plenty of spaces! Community mini van takes you to the Metro station and back to your place. Denys has been very helpful in many ways, and her sister Sally has been great to bring us a coffee machine for us to make our own coffee in the morning; although there have great supplies of instant coffee and tea! The introductions from Paul (Sally's husband) for our late arrival was good and clear! Thank you for Denys and Sally's help have made our trip a wonderful one!

We were looking for accommodation at Taipei and came across this Apartment with great reviews and decided to give it a try. Truly was a good choice made - what you see is what you get. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine, wifi, very clean, spacious with modern furnishings and we felt very comfortable throughout our trip. Although it comes with only one bathroom for the 4 of us, it did not create any great inconvenience; thou it will be even better if it provides a change of towels. A great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. One can remain indoor without leaving the apartment - provided you stock up on food as there is no family mart/super market within walking distance. It is inexpensive to call for a taxi if you missed the commuter bus. The security guards are very helpful and most willing to call the taxi for you. It cost about TWD 130 to TWD 150 to the MRT station at Hongshulin or Danshui. Sally, the lady that met us upon arrival, was friendly and very helpful. She was very patient in showing us around and explaining the bus schedule. Message her if you have any questions/problems and she responds very promptly. Highly recommended.

We were really impressed with this apartment up in the mountain with spectacular views. It has all modern facilities hi tech hob and oven even a rice cooker. (Didn't use as not sure how.) A huge American style fridge. The master bedroom has a nice small balcony with views. Also a very spacious walk in wardrobe. The only thing I would suggest is if there was a bedside either side of double bed in master bedroom as no where to put glass water book watch jewellery etc unless on the floor. Other two bedrooms lovely too. 3rd bedroom has a children's Ferrari bed with lots of toys. Adult could sleep there too. Lovely bathroom which I felt was up to hotel standard with shower and bath. Second toilet with sink very handy as there were 4 of us. The 24 hour security was great only one person who spoke English. He was there most of the time. The community bus was great took you down to local mrt station so you could get to anywhere in taipei. We really felt at home here. As temperature decided to drop while we were there got cold at night. A heater was provided nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you want away from it all with cheap easy access to the city. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Beautiful apartment with excellent view. The furniture were modern and very clean. They even provided fresh fruit and bottled water upon our arrival. Our hostess Sally was very friendly and helpful during our 2 weeks stay. Highly recommended.

Five of us traveling with a rental car. Our host Sally was very welcoming and friendly upon our arrival, which relieved some of our stress from the delayed flights and managing sim cards, picking up the rental car etc. Sally provided us details of transportation in the local area, toured us around the apartment. They had everything that was needed or might be used during our stay from snacks, tea, coffee, extra quilts, cosmetics, kitchenware, bathroom amenities. Basically everything in the house, you can use. The first thought when Sally opened the door to the property was that I made the right choice. The property is located in Tam Tsui in Taipei city on the higher floors hence the view during morning and night was absolutely beautiful. The three bedroom was well furbished and clean. Each room you can see the view with the master room having a balcony. Lounge was very comfortable, large sofa with a great view on the side while enjoying movies or TV. I loved the bathroom where you get to choose the function of heating the room first before you go in. We didn't use the kitchen much but it had everything that we needed such as water boiler and knives for the fruits that were provided. It is not far from Yang Ming shan hence we went there to enjoy the hot spring spas and went for a short hike around the hot spots of where the sulfur and boiling water originated. The local cuisine was also fabulous! Tam Tsui Lao Jie and Yu Ren Ma Tou both were highlights of the area in Tam Tsui. There was alot of small delicacies and hot snacks from one end of the street to the other. A very different vibe to having a main course meal and the liveliness of the street and friendliness of the people made our tour more fun! Generally we really enjoyed our stay and loved the comfort we felt during our stay. The view is really beautiful up there and I would recommend this place to my friends and family if they choose to come to Taipei. Even if you didn't have a rental car, the apartment provided transport to the subway and the timetable is given upon arrival. Charge is 20NT each person. Very convenient!
