Mycket bra service från Santos, Gaston och Godwin.De städade perfekt och höll poolen i ett utmärkt skick, dessutom rengjorde de våran bil regelbundet utan att vi begärt detta.
Själva huset vi bodde i var bra, ends problemet var köket. Kylen fungerade som en sval, och frysen som kyl.
Dessutom aldeles för många och stora grytor, huset var ju för 2 personer.
Även porslin och glas måste ses över.
Borde även tala om att adressen var i Tema, inte Accra vilket gjorde att Google map tog oss helt fel.
Ägaren var också väldigt hjälpsam och hjälpte med bokning och att slutligen hitta rätt.

Best trip ever!
My sister and I stayed at the Classy 1 bedroom villa with pool in Accra, Ghana and we loved it. The apartment has everything you need and is very quiet, stylish and comfortable. We loved the location and found a lot of great places to eat, enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the location is very accessible to town and other places of interest. This villa is the best I’ve ever stayed in, the swimming pool was immaculately clean every day. The place is awesome, the location is perfect, and the bed is so comfortable. Our hosts Santos and Garcon made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. Very stylish and clean place. It's in a prime location, lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. Best of all, our hosts are exceptionally hospitable. They went above and beyond making sure our stay was comfortable. I will definitely be booking again.

Awesome getaway and great vacation
My fiancee and l stayed at the Classy 1 bedroom villa. It's one of our best holiday ever. It is a marvelous house with a sophisticated and classy feel.The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Our host Santos was very friendly and he made us felt at home. I hope he will manage to keep this nice beauty villa running for many years so we can come back The location close by to the mall and restaurants. Also there is an access to and from the villa via the Tema motorway to any place you want visit by avoiding the traffic on the Spintex ROAD.. The owner who resides in the U.S was very friendly and helpful. The summer hut deck which over look the swimming pool is so beautiful and that is where I spent my time when I'm at the villa. We plan to visit again soon

i can only recommend this apartment to friends only when they solve electricity problem in ghana.The reason for booking the apartment was because of the pool but I ended up not swimming because the water was very dirty.
The wifi is also not a proper wifi it's just a normal wifi for personal use which you can't even watch YouTube because the data will run out.
Lastly,the compound is very dirty I don't think they wash it at all.

Don`t forget earplugs
The apartment is nice but can be very noisy as the backup generator is quite close to it.Nearly half of the time the generator was running which makes the stay quite expensive too as the guest has to pay for the gas......

We will come back.
We stayed at this villa for four weeks this summer. We rented the one bedroom apartment because we were only two.
We liked it very much as it was sufficient space for the two of us and it had all the things we needed. The apartment was clean, no problem with hot or cold water, air-condition in living and bed room. We also used the washing machine a lot. What you see on the pictures is what you get so don’t be worried.
The staff was very helpful and made our stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxed. They were always available and always ready to help. Any problems will be addressed immediately. We can just say thank you them all for making this a great vacation.
On the compound there were great possibilities for relaxation and of cause take a swim in the always clean pool.
The house is situated to our view in a good place. You have quick access to the Tema motorway, the coast area, airport, shopping area as Accra Mall, food places and also the roads out of Accra if you are going on trips to explore Ghana.
We felt absolutely safe at the house and in the area in general. And if the power went off then the generator was just turned on – nice and covenant.
The booking and payment was easy and there was from the beginning and all the way through good communication with the owner. We felled very good taken care of by Winfred before, during and after our stay.
We also had the opportunity to see the 4 bedroom villa. It was very spacious and had all you need for a larger group or family.
So thank you Winfred, Victor, Eric and the team from Esther and Soren for an amazing time and we will definitely recommend you. We know we will be back to see you all.

very pleasant stay
Friendly staff, very helpful. If service or help was needed in the villa, it was very quick. There was always someone reached. Broken equipment was replaced the same day or repaired. All rooms very clean, plenty of space for 2 people available. Special praise to the well maintained swimming pool, clean water and big enough to swim in it. In the adjacent main street there are many shops that are within walking distance, for example, a pharmacy and other small shops offering products for kitchen and household and food. But big selection is only found in the shopping malls far away, taxi ride about half an hour.

Excellent service and somewhat tired accomodation
I stayed at this villa for about three weeks this summer. The people working there will stop at nothing to make sure you get what you need and will ask for absolutely nothing in return. Any problems will be addressed immediatly. The service level is in other words exceptional.
Because I did not find the house to meet my expectations the owner eventually offered a 30% discount on the entire stay. Basically the house is tired and needs a lot of renovation. While some work was being done to straighten things up a little I went to stay in the 4-bedroom villa which shares premises with this one. If you can afford it I would recommend you rather book that one as it's condition is a lot better. Accommodation in Accra is quite expensive compared to everything else there so at 60$ per day I wont necessarily promise that you will get more value for your money anywhere else.
All in all I would recommend you to book this place if you are looking for basic accommodation. If you sleep light consider bringing some ear plugs since the noise from the generator is quite evident when there is a power outage at night. At least if you are dissatisfied with the service there is something wrong with you.

Amazing holidays!!
Our Ghana trip to visit family was long planned and finally the time came to find the right place to stay to enjoy 3 weeks of holidays. As we did not want to stay in a hotel we looked for an appartment not far from the airport and town centre. Classy villa was the first that came up when we googled. After looking into more options we decided the 1 bedroom villa will be the right place for our holidays.
We arrived very late in the night but we were welcomed with a smile and friendliness from the night staff - nothing was too much for an effort. This first experience followed through our stay. Whenever we needed something the staff was very helpful and made our stay very relaxed. Everything was maintained in an excellent way and even when the power got cut off the staff made sure that the generator wass on so we did not realise any disruption.
The villa is situated in a very quiet and friendly area and the pictures show exactly what you get. The 1 bedroom villa is very spacious and comfortably decorated.
We want to thank Winfred, Victor, Eric and the team for an amazing time and we will definitely recommend you to everybody who wants to go to Ghana and we hope that we will come back soon as we will definitely stay with you again during our next trip.

How to get there
From the Accra Airport take the Tema motorway and exist at Abattoir. From there drive to community 18 block factory. Ask for Kings corner and the villa is West of Kings corner. If you decide to take the Motorway the whole ride will take about 25. The other alternative route is the Spintex road which will take about 35 to 40 minutes depending on traffic on the Spintex road. Drive on the Spintex road and exist by the KFC. That road leads to Community 18. Drive pass the Community 18 police station to Kings corner (ask for Kings corner). The villa is West of kings Corner
