Exiting news! The Villas at Cocoplum are getting bigger and a new building is under construction. All amenities are fully functional. However, depending on the construction phase you will hear some noise during work hours (daily 7am-5pm). There is a construction privacy fence to reduce impact.
Please be aware of it when inquiring or booking the condo.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is conveniently located on the first floor within steps of the infinity pool, hot tub, beach and pier. Step inside to find a spacious and bright living area with a tropical flair and exotic mahogany doors and cabinets.

About the neighborhood
The Villas at Cocoplum is uniquely located in the ultimate upscale area that provides for a very private beach setting, yet it is close to fine dining and other upscale resorts, just 1 mile south of Maya Beach and 15 minutes north of the local airport and the tourist town of Placencia. Grocery Stores, unique restaurants, and fun beach bars are just a few minutes drive away.
Getting around
Some sort of transportation eg a golf cart is recommended. A taxi can also easily pick you up and bring you to the restaurant of your choice. The amenities of The Villas at Cocoplum are varied enough to spend an entire vacation within the grounds of the gated community!

How to get there
Arriving by car?
Exit the International Airport, turn right at the roundabout onto the John Smith Rd. (the new Airport Link Road) After 5 miles turn right at the roundabout, exit onto Western Highway toward Belmopan (drive via Belmopan, do not turn off before onto the Coastal Highway, which is a dirt road). After 40 miles (in Belmopan), turn left onto Hummingbird Highway toward Dangriga/Placencia. After 50 miles, turn right onto Southern Highway toward Placencia, after 25 miles, turn left at roundabout toward Placencia. (there are always signs at the roundabouts or major intersections)
Once on the Peninsula drive through Maya Beach, after you see Mile Marker 17 on the right side, you will see the Cocoplum sign on the left. There is a guard house at the entrance- turn right after the guard shack and drive all the way to the end where you find the parking area in front of the Condo Buildings.
