Bay’s Edge consists of 4 waterfront vacation rentals completed in 2018. The homes afford gorgeous views of Placencia Bay and the Maya Mountains with the Caribbean sea directly across the street. All homes have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room, ground floor patio, deck off of the second floor bedrooms and a roof deck with 360 degree views from Placencia Bay to the sea. The homes have AC throughout with cable TV, wifi, fully outfitted kitchens, imported linens & towels, ample & comfortable seating, washer & dryer, wireless sound system and everything else needed to ensure you enjoy your stay. About the neighborhood

Bay's Edge is located in a great part of the Placencia peninsula. We are in a quiet area with larger properties which in turn means you are not right next door to multiple neighbors. The property is waterfront on the bay side and is 150 feet from the Caribbean sea with public access to the beach a 2 minute walk north.

Getting around

Public transportation passes in either direction directly in front of Bay's Edge 5 to 6 time a day so while a golf cart or car are not necessary they do make it more convenient to explore the area.
