The Grand Baymen Community is like a little oasis, just 2 full blocks from the white Caribbean sand beach. We offer the San Pedro Club Athletic Facility, one of the largest sparkling pools on Ambergris Caye, 2 tennis courts, and our outdoor bar & restaurant. All our condos are "apartment style" one bedroom, one bath with a small, fully equipped kitchen, and living area. Free Wifi inside the condo and Wifi by the pool.

About the neighborhood
We are just half a block to the nearest Supermarket and just a few blocks walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to the heart of San Pedro Town.
We are also located next to the San Pedro John Greif airstrip so you will hear the small island planes as they land. Some folks do not mind the sound, others prefer quieter accommodations.
Getting around
A golf cart is the preferred way to get around the island and is highly recommended.
