This was a great place to spend 4 nights in Vilnius. It's on a side street near a main bus line, so an easy commute to train and bus station (and therefore airport). Walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to see and to many good Vilnius restaurants. One very slight negative is that the street outside is loud with traffic, but the excellent windows virtually silence the din. The apartment was well equipped for our purposes--strong wifi signal, washing machine (no dryer, but well spun), kitchen with minimal but useful utensils and appliances (no spices and such, but a small supermarket nearby), large flat-screen tv with many channels. We stayed with our young adult daughter and had plenty of room.
