The apartment has a living room and 3 bedrooms. There are twin beds (which can be joined to form a king) in one room, a king sized bed in another room, and a single bed in the third room which is suitable for one person. There is a bathroom (bath tub and shower) with a separate WC, plus an extra WC next to the kitchen which does not have showering facilities. The amenities in the apartment include cable TV with English channels, free internet access, a well equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom with fittings from Hansgrohe and Duravit, a local mobile phone and even a printer.
The nearest metro and tram stations are 500 metres away. Also in the vicinity are local restaurants, a supermarket and some interesting shops such as Herend pottery and custom-made Hungarian shoes. You are also able to reach nearby tourist attractions such as the Parliament House, Buda Castle and Margaret Island within 15 minutes on foot.

Interaction with guests:Â As I do not live in Budapest, my apartment managers, Andy and Renata, will assist you any time during your stay if needed.
The apartment is quirky, with two separate toilets, bath and shower room. Very creaky floors, which is fine. A great location, quiet at night but walking distance from the busier Pest side of town.
We enjoyed our stay here.
And yes we would stay here again.

Fabulous one week stay in Eugene's Budapest apartment for a party of five adults. Great location, great view and more spacious than appears from photos.
Very high temperatures that week so we were grateful for the floor fans. Delightful Judi met us and showed us through. Loved the ambience of the apartment, handy to supermarket and variety of neighbourhood eateries. The Kiraly bath house opposite was an experience. Eugene extremely prompt answering questions and checking our comfort.......certainly recommend.

Exceeded expectations
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Eugene was really helpful and left some ideas of where to visit. The apartment was larger than we all thought but really clean and easy to be in. The view of the parliament building was amazing - especially at night when it was all lit up! We walked everywhere in the city and used the tube which was within a short walk from the apartment. I would definitely go return to this apartment if we decided to visit Budapest again. Thank you Eugene (and to Andy who was at the apartment to greet us from our very late flight in!)

excellent location
Very nice apartment with wonderful view of the parliament . Located on first floor so easy to get luggage in!. Very secure area. Apartment had wi fi , washer and dryer, kitchens adequate . located within walking distance to metro, hop on hop off bus. Staying on Buda side is much quieter. Andy met us at the apartment and was very helpful when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return!!! This is everything Eugene said it would be in his description.

We loved everything about this apartment. Didn't want to go to sleep to miss a moment of the wonderful view - magnificent parliament building and river activity.
The pictures on the website are accurate but can't capture the atmosphere, the comfort and space, and the history you feel here. High ceilings and chandeliers but modern facilities and plumbing. Fast, reliable wifi even our kids were impressed with!
Five minutes along the riverbank and you're at the metro. Five minutes later city centre.
Eugene was fast & friendly in reply to queries, and Andy extremely pleasant and helpful with keys, info, etc. They really made us feel like welcome guests.

A broad place
It has been a great place, broad, spacious. The best thing was the view you had of Parliament, and although it is on the Buda side can easily access Pest.

Best place in Budapest
This property is everything the owner indicated. Very spacious, excellent location, walking distance to parliament, restaurants. Transportation grocery stores just block away. My wife and daughter, granddaughters even found a great shop for shoes and clothing 2 blocks from the apartment. This property is going on our list for our next visit to Budapest. I was born in Barbacs and lived in Bulf have family in Budapest and Zalaegerszeg. We escaped from Communism in 1956 and now return to be with Family every 2 to 3 years. On this trip I brought my granddaughters to meet there cousins. They loved the city, the country and will be back.

Everything it said it was
This was everything we wanted in an apartment as 3 singles travelling together; 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen, lounge and shower with washing machine.
Added to that was the charm and antiquity of the building (but modern plumbing, etc)
The manager met us and provided excellent support, with provisions on arrival, like tea, coffee, milk, etc.
The local area is non-touristy and trams into the City are 5 minutes’ walk away as is a supermarket.
The view across the Danube to the Parliament building is stunning day and night.

Located on the Banks of the River Danube (one of three UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Budapest), this area is filled with history. Remnants of the Turkish occupation can be seen in the Kiraly Bath, which is situated opposite the apartment. Staying in District 2 on the Buda side means that you are away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre (District 5 and 6 on the Pest side) and yet you would still be able to walk there. Also, the apartment is conveniently located near public transport and is easily accessible to many tourist attractions. If you drive, street parking is free of charge from 8pm to 8pm and throughout the weekend.
