Just spent a week in Budapest and couldn't not recommend this apartment highly enough. Everything was perfect. The location is so central, the bedrooms are huge, the living accommodation is excellent. And Tibor was extremely welcoming.

Premium Deco
A lovely Apartment central and easy to get to many attractions and transport links. Tibor's communication prior to arrival was great as was his meet and greet and the info in the apartment. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. A/C was a blessing in the hot weather.

Fabulous
Spent 4 nights here for an anniversary break. Our first trip to Budapest and we couldn’t have stayed anywhere better. Fantastic location in the Jewish quarter, very close to restaurants and bars and with a Spa supermarket right next door. Tibor the host met us on arrival, he arranged our taxi from the airport which took about 30 mins. He was very informative and gave us lots of tips on places to eat and visit. We absolutely loved the apartment, it was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The WiFi was good and it was a real bonus having air con which we needed in the 30C + heat. The main sights are all within walking distance and the metro and tram stops are right outside. We took the 100E bus back to the airport, (3 euro’s) , it stops just up from the apartment, it’s the terminus and used by lots of people. We particularly liked the little Kolette bistro a few doors down which served excellent breakfasts with lovely staff. I can’t recommend this apartment more highly, it was absolutely superb and in a perfect location.

Una maravilla de apartamento!!!!
He de decir que hemos quedado encantados con el apartamento, nada más llegar, Tibor además de explicárnos todo lo relacionado con el apartamento, tenÃa preparado un manual entero de lo que hay que ver en la ciudad y como manejarnos. El apartamento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, es decir, precioso, muy espacioso, con una decoración exquisita, super limpio y con todo lujo de detalles. Que tuviera una cafetera Nesspreso nos enamoro. Esta todo nuevo y es una experiencia fantástica estar allà por su comodidad. Las camas y los sofás son comodisimos. Además la localización no puede ser mejor, en todo el centro y al lado de todas las paradas de autobuses y metro importantes, incluida la del aeropuerto. Tienes un supermercado en la misma puerta, por lo que creo que no se puede pedir más. Cuando volvamos a Budapest porque seguro que volvemos ya que nos encanta esta ciudad, repetiremos seguro en este piso.

Look no further Apartment and location cannot be beaten.
We were a party of 2 couples and had 4 nights staying at Karoly Premium Deco Suite. The Apartment itself was extemely spacious, with very large lounge/Kitchen complete with all necessary Kitchen equipment. There were 2 extemely spacious bedrooms, both of which were ensuite and which had modern clean showers, and amazing amount of storage cupboards. There was Airconditioning and also Radiators if one deemed it to be necessary.
Apartment was on 3rd Floor, giving an amazing view of the busy vibrant Karoly Krt road, which was accessed via a lift on ground floor.
Tibor, our Host, was exceptionally helpful during the booking of the Apartment, and also during our stay, and gave us lots of very useful information
Tibor also arranged our Taxi Transfer both to and from Budapest Airport, and I would most strongly recommend getting him to arrange, as all went exactly as planned, particularly being picked up from our Apartment at 340 am , with the Driver Waiting outside our front door to take us back to Airport.
Location is tremendous as all the main attractions, including the River Danube, are within very easy walking distance.
We absolutely loved our stay in Budapest and couldn't have asked for more

Absolutely perfect for family or couples
The 2 bedroom self contained apartment are perfect for either 2 couples or a family.. You won't regret staying here. Everything you need for in an apartment for an extended stay or something shorter.
Each of the bedrooms has its own facilities and the apartment has dish washer and clothes washing machine. My 30 some year old daughter and my wife stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was perfect. As shown on advertising images.
There are just a few steps near the entrance of the front security doors from there an elevator to the apartment. The apartment is very near to transport e.g. hop on hop off stops nearby and train, bus and rail stops a short walk away, also close to shops, cafe's and restaurants.
Don't let the outside of the building put you off as the owner has prepared the apartment extremely stylishly.
The Károly decor apartment (not to be confused with the Karoly apartment) is on the main road and every so often street noise may be heard, however at night this is far and few between especially with the double glazed windows.
In a word excellent.

Exceptional
Prior to arriving in Budapest we stayed at a London 4 star hotel. The Karoly Premium Deco Suite has easily surpassed the London stay.
My wife and 30 sum year old daughter absolutely love the place.
Plenty of room for 2 couples or a family.
Close to town centre, eating houses and restaurants and all transport.
The rooms are very well layed out boasting 2 fully self contained bedrooms, clean, secure and has all the modern conveniences for an extended holiday stay.
Tibor our host made us very welcome on arrival giving us local information along with brochures of Budapest and surrounds.
Could not speak highly enough of the Karoly Premium Deco Suite or our host.
Definitely would be our only choice if we returned to Budapest.

All around great apartment in great location.
The apartment was easy to find, the host was very helpful and provided a book that helped us plan our daily excursions. The host was receptive and provided an attractive, clean, well stocked apartment. The apartment is walking distance to much of Budapest. We walked to the river, across the Chain Bridge to the castle, to the Great Synagogue, the Parliament, to the New York Cafe, to the Opera House and to the famous shopping street. I highly recommend the apartment.

Great location

Great location with amazing helpful host
We LOVED every minute of our stay at Tibor's apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location. We were close to anything and everything we wanted to see. The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants, parks, and pubs and it is central enough to walk everywhere. It is also very close to public transportation which is very easy to use in Budapest. Tibor took time to answer all our questions and point out all the highlights of this amazing city. I have stayed in rental apartments- this was easily among the best.
