Thank you for treating the property like it was your home. We only have a few simple rules: 1) Please don’t smoke in the apartment. 2) We kindly ask you not to disturb other tenants with parties, loud music or noises. Especially after 10 PM. 3) Check-in is held at Karoliny Svetle 4, Prague 1, Old Town, the office is open 24/7. You can leave key cards in the apartment when you leave.

Nice Central Location

Very nice clean apartment 5 mins from Old Town Square. Prague City Apartments staff were very friendly and helpful, even sorting out an issue with the safe within 30 minutes.

Perfect location, excellent management.

We stayed in the apartment for a week. The apartment was very clean and cleaning service was daily. The location is perfect - 5 minutes walk from central square. The management is the best we've seen so far, very responsive.

How to get there

The closest METRO station is called „Staromestska“ (green line, A) and is reachable about 8 minutes of walk from the apartment. The closest BUS station „Masna“ is less than 1 minute far. In order to get to the apartment from the AIRPORT, take the bus n. 119 and take off at the ninth stop - „Nadrazi Veleslavin“ station. Get in the metro, take a ride for 5 stops and get off at the „Staromestska“ station. To get to the apartment from the main TRAIN STATION „Hlavni nadrazi“, take one stop with the metro („Hlavni nadrazi“ – red C line) and get off at „Muzeum“ station. Then change to the green metro line (A) and get off after two stops („Staromestska“). If you want to get to the apartment from the main BUS STATION Florenc, please, take two stops with the metro („Florenc“ – red C line) and get off at „Muzeum“ station. Change to the green metro line (A) and get off after two stops („Staromestska“). The parking in the centre of Prague is either restricted for the residents only (blue lots) or is dedicated for short term parking (orange/green lots). The cost of short term street parking is 1-2 EUR/hour, depending on location. Long term parking is available in the public garage Kotva which is about 5 minutes of walk from your apartment. The price is 20-25 EUR/day, depending on the length of your stay. If you need parking, let me know before your arrival, I will help you find the most convenient solution.
