The interior also includes a majestic salon and a living/dining room that displays a fully operational fireplace that was originally used for cooking. The master bedroom features a traditional king size bed and the other two bedrooms may include up to 2 single beds each. The villa also includes a brand new washing machine available to visitors. The area is also covered by 3G signal from major telecom operators. The property exteriors include magnificent gardens, including a heavy-loaded lemon tree and a peach tree that the visiting family is welcome to use for its own catering while staying at the property. In the frond there are two large terraces with pergolas offering shade and an opportunity to enjoy the tranquility of natural surroundings, the summery sounds of the sparrows and cicadas, the views of the village, the sea, and the prevalent rugged mountain of Kourvoulo dropping steeply to a river basic that leads to the valley of the Dipotamata ecosystem. The villa is located in the Sineti village, which is 10 Km and 15 minute drive from the capital of Andros, Chora. The villa is a further 5 minute walk from the centre of the village and the car park. Andros island combines the classic Aegean sea beach holiday (and water sports) experience with a unique culture, history, and tradition. This makes Andros an ideal destination both for relaxing and adventurous vacations. The nearby Chora town (capital) boasts and showcases a history of maritime tradition, picturesque streets packed with cafes, art galleries and studios, a museum of contemporary art organizing world-famous artist exhibitions (maintained by the Basil and Elise Goulandris Foundation), and the mansions of well known ship owners and captains. Andros mainland offers unique trekking routes where the trekkers can experience the island's rich flora, high mountain views, gorges, the unique Dipotamata ecosystem (which is a short distance from the villa), and some unspoiled paradisaical beaches accessible only by foot or boat. An increasing number of visitors can nowadays join well organized teams of expert trekking guides.

Amazing View
Our family of 5 stayed here for 11 days. Andriana met us most graciously and made sure we were set. The home is spacious, and we were grateful for a washing machine and plenty of hot water in the shower. An unexpected pleasure was the lemon tree! We took some each day. The mountains surrounding are serene and my daughter and husband hiked for hours to the little church across the vista. The hosts are kind and extremely helpful. The little village of Syneti has many donkeys! Unless you borrow one, you will need a car on this island. Trust me! We visited the Chora everyday for dinner, coffee, and strolling. There are so many beaches on Andros! Having a comfortable home to return to at night was a plus.
