Panoramic view of one of the best beaches in PR with direct access from the condo (you are on the beach!). One balcony in direct access to one of the rooms with a spectacular coastal view . It's a two bedrooms two baths, with two walking closets corner unit with panoramic ocean view. One bedroom with a queen size bed and walking closet with private bathroom and the Master bedroom with a king size bed with walking closet and private bathroom each with TV and an air conditioning unit. A small office is also included in the Master bedroom. There's also an additional twin size futon in the living room. A large TV in the living room area Kitchen is completely equipped with washing machine & drier, dishwasher, microwave, electrical appliances, cooking utensils etc...and all amenities to mak...

Feels like home.
A perfect place to stay for a family vacation, everything was organized and clean, I have not complaints at all in the facility about noise, all the personal was very Cain and The communication of Gladys was very good, she’s pay attention making her tenants feels comfortable like home. Am planning to book my next trip again.

Awesome place!
I love Puerto Rico and Gladys’ home is beautiful. Perfect location right on the beach, easy to get to Old San Juan and other visiting spots. I’d definitely stay again!

BEST STAY EVER.....FELT LIKE HOME
Gladys is great. Very accommodating. The apartment is beautiful and the views amazing. We love staying in this building. And look forward to staying in this apartment again.

Perfect location with lots of amenities
This condo was just great, perfect location to all the tourist locations, grocery stores, very safe & very clean with everything you would need.

Coral Beach Towere
This rental was clean, fully equipped. Had private access to the beach and pool. I would definitely recommend and plan on staying again next summer!

Beautiful condo with perfect location!
The location is wonderful! A 5 minute ride form the airport and beach front. The view was amazing! Gladys was wonderful and met us there to show us around and how everything worked. It's a very secure condo and we felt safe. There is a CVS and a market right across the street along with alot of fast food places.
We walked to all of the restaurants we visited and that was one reason we booked here. We ate local the whole time. It's very convenient to everything. We visited Old San Juan to do the jet ski tour (highly recommended). At the advice of Gladys we used Uber to get around when we wanted to venture out and we are very happy she told us that. It was much cheaper to use Uber than a taxi. To give you an idea we used a taxi from the airport and it was $22 but we used Uber to get back to the airport and it was $8.
We did have a few hiccups while we were there with the air in the condo but I will say that Gladys was on it. She had the repair person out the next day and even brought a portable unit for the 2nd bedroom as the first night was pretty miserable and hot. We arrived later in the day so there was nothing she could do the first night. Anything we needed she was a text away and always replied immediately.
She has thought of everything. I've never stayed at a condo that was more equipped with things. There was a bottle of water in the fridge, the cabinets were stocked with coffee, sugar, creamer and spices, oil. We didn't cook but it was nice if we wanted to. Also, there was beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toys for the kids to play with along with coolers to take to the beach. Both bathrooms were stocked with things we may have forgotten like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner...the list goes on. There was even extra sunscreen and bug spray in the closet. We left our sunscreen for the next person as we couldn't take it with us.
One thing I did want to mention was the price difference in the stores. We bought beer at the market place thinking it would be the best price but turns out CVS was MUCH cheaper on everything. The beer was like $9 more at the market and we bought a bottle of tequila at CVS for $25 and the same exact bottle was $38 at the market so definitely pay attention. If you plan to cook I would venture out with Uber to the actual grocery store a short drive (maybe 5 mins if that).
Mi Casita was great food direclty across from the condo and really good Sangria (buy the 1/2 pitcher it was well worth it) and we fell in love with Playa Papaya right next door. The food was AMAZING and that sweet bread! OMG! We had breakfast one morning down the street at Sweet Bakery and it was great too & very reasonably priced. Our last night we had pizza at Pizza City and the food was very good. We had pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks! There's a beach bar right next door El Alambique Beach Front Bar and Grill you can walk up to if you want a drink while you're on the beach. There was also a tent selling tacos and an ice cream vendor that kept going by. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico but definitely not our last! We celebrated our daughter's 30th birthday and wish we had booked for longer!

Home Away From Home
This condo is in the perfect location of Isla Verde. Being a corner unit on the ocean side offered an excellent view of the beach. This place has everything you'd expect to see at home. Cable TV, WiFi, AC, full kitchen, living & dining rooms, 2 bdrms, 2 full baths, balcony, linens, towels, washer, dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas, sun block, iron & ironing boards, etc.
We spent 9 nights there in May and couldn't be happier. A new CVC pharmacy opened recently across the street. 24 Marketplace and Pizza City were popular places for our meals, but we went to several others as well. Coral Beach Condos are very safe and secure, parking spot in garage was a bonus.
My wife is from Puerto Rico and I've lived there about 3 years in the past. I know my way around, but still very cautious when walking around. This is a great rental and look forward to working with Gladys again in the future.
She was an excellent host, meeting us in the parking garage and explaining everything in the apartment. She is very friendly and maintained great communications before and during out stay.

Convenient Beach Condo
our Host, Gladys was at the condo to greet us when we arrived. Parking for the condo is below ground and is secured by a security force. The beach is a short walk from the pool area directly onto the beach.The location is about 7-10 minutes from downtown San Juan.
The condo bedrooms are cooled by a separate air conditioner. The bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom en suite and walk-in closet. While the condo could use some updates, for a short term stay it is very comfortable.
Gladys tries to think of the basics that you will need from food condiments to cleaning supplies. I would definitely rent from Gladys again.

Super comfortable. Felt like home.
The location of this condo is amazing. The accommodations were spacious, very comfortable and exceeded our expectations, even though the pictures shown are very accurate to reality.We felt totally at home. Gladys, the owner was a gem. Met us at arrival, showed us around the premises and welcomed us with amazing tropical fruits (the sweetest papaya, guineitos enanos, aguacate and mango). The view of the beautiful beach is spectacular from the very spacious terrace. The condo is fully equipped with every necessary amenity imaginable. We could not have asked for a better location. Right on the beach, Plenty of restaurants, supermarket within walking distance and public transportation available to Old San Juan and or Condado. Gladys met us again at the condo to see us off. Our stay was for one month and we're sorry to leave but we told Gladys that we would definitely return and thanked her for her very kind welcome and kindness.

Unit is minutes from the airport nevertheless there's no noise. Located in the best tourist location on the beach with direct access through the complex with security keys. Security guards available 24 hours. Enjoy an exclusive beach access within a gated community with two pools. Facilities like picnic and barbecue area with barbecues, playground for kids are available and restaurants are at walking distance. Beach umbrellas can be rented at the beach.

Bus stop and free tourist bus available to tour around metro area. Located just outside the gate of the building towards your right there's a bus bench where you can take the bus or the free transport. There're also rentals nearby.

How to get there
Although the car is not necessary it is advisable to move around easily. Public transport with bus stop is located in front of building and taxis are easily accessible., You can rent a car in the airport or at a nearby rental. Airport is 15 minutes away from the unit. If you come by taxicab, entrance is provided through the guarded gate to leave you right at the main door of the condominium. Previous notice will be provided to guards for easy access. If you rent a car, you will need your Security key to access the elevator through your underground private parking space..
