The condo was perfect for us. We basically used it to mainly sleep, because we were always with my family ( dad) who lives there. It was clean and cool my two main requirements. Essentially, the beach was a hop skip and jump away from the condo, and so were all the necessary amenities, food, shops, drinks, etc.

Free parking spot a plus
The apartment was in a good location and parking spot convienent. Of note, the shower temperature was impossible to regulate and if mothballl smell bothers you, beware. Close to many things though, including the beach.

I'm glad you found the condo to be convenient and the parking space useful. To control moisture in the closet being that we are so close to the beach we leave a box of mothballs inside. Most guest don't mind it. The box could easily be removed and placed in the balcony.

No Car Rental Needed
I went with my daughter for easter vacation. The apt. is very clean and accessible to everything including the beach. Gabe always answered all my phone calls, he is a very sweet person and very helpful and a great phone tour guide. I felt like I was at home. The place has security which I loved. My seven year old daughter loved using the pool and being able to go to the beach. I did not rent a car with my daughter, we took the bus or crossed the street and took taxis. I am definitely going back and staying at Gabe's condo.

Nice and tranquil
The apartment was clean, comfortable. The close beach is right behind the condo which was something I loved. The supermarkets are close by, and if you wanted fast foods they were just across the street. Also if you needed the bus was right in front or if you needed a cab always one around. The hotels all walking distant to go dance or eat. I felt safe. 24 hour security great. All in all I would recommend to stay here. I will be coming again.
