Paradise with a view.
The condo is only ten minutes from the airport and located in the main part of Isla Verde right next to the San Juan Hotel. Anything that you need is within walking distance including Pueblo Supermarket and CVS where you can purchase whatever you may need for your stay. The beach and pool are right down stairs and the sand is smooth and not rocky or grassy The owner is quite accommodating and easily reach if you have any questions or concerns. I would recommend it to anyone.

I must say,from my initial search for a place to stay in PR till the last day & departure this has been such an amazing experience. From the owner,her availability at all times, the apartment,amenities and of course the location of this apartment has made my vacation an unforgettable one.Thanks to all involved. I will return.

What a view!
This apartment is on the top floor, called the penthouse floor. It is still a studio, but quite roomy, clean, and with a king bed.
The a/c and ceiling fan worked well. The balcony was only cool enough in the morning, but was quite hot in the afternoon. The view was outstanding!
I would recommend this place and owner!

1 Million Dollar View
Room on Penthouse there is no 17th Floor on elevator. Room is very simple yet very clean. Would stay again.

Beautiful view
The view from the room was breathtaking, making my vacation even more memorable. The room was very clean and comfortable with great amenities. I loved that I was able to log on to Netflix and wifi. The location is right on the beach and lots of restaurants around. I had a great experience booking with Isabel. I would definitely stay here again. And I would definitely recommend.

Amazing first visit to PR
Wow, what an amazing place. The room was so perfect with a breath taking view. Everything was clean, plenty of towels and not a single issue with the wifi. The king size bed was perfectly comfortable for two and the little kitchen was perfect for cooking up a simple dinner if you want to eat in. The over all facility was great as well with a little shop and game room in the lobby as well as a breakfast buffet and live music at the bar at night.
I really cannot say enough great things about my stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Wow! You just made my day! So happy you were able to enjoy the amazing ocean view of our studio. That is one of the things I love about our studios! I enjoy the "cafe con leche" and in the evening my cup of "vino con queso, aceitunas and prosciutto." The ocean is just perfect...deep enough for a good swim or just floating around. The Isla Verde Beach is one of the best beaches in the San Juan Metropolitan area. The pool area and the ESJ Azul Hotel has been renovating after the disaster of Hurricane Maria and it is looking pretty good. I hope you plan another visit to Puerto Rico...but make sure you come for more days! Thank you for taking the time to review our studio!

Fantastic View
The location of this studio doesn't get any better. Being on the 17th floor, sitting on the balcony with the cool breeze was wonderful. The ocean views and views of the pools and grounds below were beautiful. The amenities offered by the hotel were top notch and the hotel personnel couldn't have been nicer. The unit is fully furnished with everything you need. It is also right on the bus line. Also the Isla Verde beach (versus Condado Beach) and water was much nicer and safe for children or those of us that don't want to be tossed around by high waves. Different water sports were also available. Working with Isabel (the owner) was very easy. She answered all questions we had very quickly. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to next year. Just a note - there was some construction going on in and around the hotel but it did not impact our stay.

Thank so much for your review...we really appreciate you taking the time to post it. I am glad you enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the Amazing view because that is one of my favorite things to do. We love having our coffee in the morning and our wine and cheese in the evenings after a day of hard work checking the studios. I certainly hope you come back next winter to enjoy the sun and the warm weather. By then ESJ Azul will be all ready with all the repairs after the horrible two hurricanes the island suffered. So start planning with time since both January and February and busy months for rentals.

Picturesque View from a Penthouse Studio
It is amazing how resilient Puerto Rico is, considering that Hurricane Maria tore through the island just 3 months ago. This studio, located in Isla Verde, revealed no scars from the storm and looks just as it is advertised, with a majestic view of the ocean, beach, and skyline.
Isabel is quick to reply, and is very organized. She provided comprehensive info about the property, parking, and specific check-in/check-out instructions.
Treat yourself to a getaway here that will surely have you looking forward to another visit!

AMAZING VIEW,WONDERFUL APARTMENT
We stayed in Apartment 1753 for 11 days in March 2017.
This apartment is terrific in every aspect.
Isabel, the owner, was wonderful in her communications with us and it was a real pleasure dealing with her. The whole process of booking, arrival and checkout was professional and smooth. Her advice and assistance was very much appreciated. Within a day or two of leaving, Isabel refunded our deposit, no problem.
The Studio Apartment is very spacious, clean, modern and fully equipped with all cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, stove, microwave, toaster, etc. The king bed is very comfortable, and there is plenty of cupboard space in the unit. It has a large bathroom and good water pressure in the large shower. The apartment has a large screen TV, and the internet service was fast and reliable. A pay-as-you-go washer and dryer in the basement of the building is really convenient, especially for longer stays.
The apartment has a huge balcony overlooking the resort pool and the beautiful crescent beach. The view from the balcony is just amazing. The resort sits right on the beach and the water on this crescent of beach is very calm. Renters of the apartment enjoy access to all amenities of the resort, in the same manner as those who rent directly from the resort itself.
The apartment is in the ESJ Azul resort highrise, which is modern, clean and well run. The resort staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. They handle the check-in/check-out and the process was very easy and efficient.
The pictures on the website are truly representative of the apartment and environs. The resort is in a very safe area. There is a Pueblo Supermarket within an easy 10 minutes stroll, as are the CVS and Walgreen's. There are many restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. The bus stop is just around the corner and for 75 cents you can catch the bus to Condado or Old San Juan. There is also a car rental agency just down the street.
Would we come back to stay here again? Absolutely.

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You for your very comprehensive and detailed review of our studio 1753 at the ESJ Azul. We try very hard to keep our studios in the best condition as possible. And, the view from the balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy your coffee in the early morning or a glass of wine in the evenings. The ESJ Azul has just finished renovating the Lobby with a new Lounge and a Bistro where you can have sandwiches, Latte, Cappuccino and Muffins. The ESj Azul is one of the best places to stay in the Isla Verde Beach area offering high security and with a friendly personnel. All of our studios have Internet, WiFi and free parking. Located on the BEACH at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the Intern'l Airport and next door to two Resort Hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Resort Hotel & Casino. Amenities include a gym and a Lobby Bar. Within a short walk to Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Ponderosa, KFC, Dominos Pizza, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Walgreens, Fresh Food Supermarket, Chinese Restaurant, and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a refreshing vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for two NONSMOKING persons. The ocean view is the BEST in the San Juan area with an absolutely beautiful view.
