Our Grade II listed barn was sympathetically and beautifully converted in 2013. The interior has been lavishly furnished and provides an extremely comfortable 5-Star retreat. The barn has a large master bedroom with a kingsize bed. The generous second bedroom can be either a twin or super kingsize room. The barn is very adaptable and ideal for a family holiday, romantic retreat or relaxing getaway. The master bedroom has plenty of room for a travel cot which is available on request (a highchair is also available). The barn feels like a home from home which is a lovely place to relax and chill out or return to after a day out enjoying the local area. 2 Bedroom (1 x kingsize bed & 1 x dual single/alternate Super kingsize). Cot & High chair available. Open plan Living/Kitchen/Diner. Fri...Our Grade II listed barn was sympathetically and beautifully converted in 2013. Interaction with guests
The owners of the barn conversion, Mick and Suzanne, live next door in a separate thatched period cottage. They are more than happy to welcome guests on their arrival and answer any questions about the barn and the area. If you prefer more seclusion there is no need to worry as the barn is perfectly positioned to enjoy to yourself. Mobile reception in the village is extremely limited to a few small spots. Free wifi is available should you want to be connected to the outside world. A landline is available at Mick and Suzannes cottage for emergency use.

The Cottage is comfortable and well appointed and situated near the centre of East Prawle. The Pig's Nose pub, Piglet Stores and Piglet Cafe give a wonderful centre to the village. Coastal walks and wonderful views surround the village.

About the neighborhood
East Prawle is a wonderful, rural, coastal, farming village set in the South Hams, South Devon, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village boosts a shop, cafe and the famously quirky Pigs Nose Inn, as well as access to the South West Coast path and National Trust land. There is a pretty village pond, great walking and cycling from right outside your front door. The local beaches can be accessed via short walks on the many footpaths around the village. A short drive takes you to blissful beaches and tempting towns and villages. The local area is prized for its fabulous food and drink. We are happy to make recommendations for farm shops, cafes and restaurants. The area is a rewarding location for Bird watchers & Photographers.
Getting around
There is no public transport to and from East Prawle. Access is by car and a secure parking space is available on site. The closest train station is Totnes with direct links to London. The closest airport is Exeter. Taxi's are available from nearby towns.
