Beautiful home with easy access to the beach
The Beach Pad is a great place to stay and get away from it all. Whether for a long weekend, or an extended stay this house has everything you need to get some rest and relaxation. The beach is walking distance away and just minutes from several bars and restaurants.
I visited with my fiancé and we enjoyed a long weekend at The Beach Pad. The weather was perfect during our stay and the beach was gorgeous. This location is worth the trip and I have already recommended to my friends and family. We will be planning another vacation here very soon.

Relaxation & Fun - All in One!
A gem of a place! My family and I came with our pup and my three-year old nephew and we could not have asked for a more comfortable and welcoming home away from home. There is something for everyone with a convenient store right next door for food and beverages, great restaurant recommendations from our incredible hosts (Eileen & Alan), outside fun at the beach and around town. The best part though is the house and how incredibly comforting it is. We are the family that cooks at night and plays games so this house was perfect for our likings!! It is clean and easy to operate. Eileen and Alan have made this place emasculate! I love the Beach Pad and our family and friends will definitely come back.

A real, relaxing caribbean vacation.
Relaxing in a hammock, listening to the tropical rain forest as the morning sun streams onto the porch. It's a great way to start the day, especially when there's a broad, sandy beach leading to the Caribbean just a few hundred feet away. This house is in a perfect location. It's in a small, secluded community with a few restaurants, but a short drive from a half-dozen other beaches, including the famous surfing spot Steps Beach and the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve (good snorkeling, right from the beach). In fact, you get to the house by driving the famed PR-413, which surfers call the Highway to Happiness.
After a couple of days on the beach, we headed inland to visit the The Camuy River Cave Park. It's spectacular.
The house is comfortable and well-equipped, but not overly fancy. That's what we were looking for. We cooked meals for six people (on the stove or the outdoor grill) and ate in the dining area, on the porch or outside. Six of us slept in three air-conditioned bedrooms (or in a hammock on the porch), I only used the outdoor shower, but other people showered in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There's cable TV. It seems to have a lot of channels, but we didn't watch. We did use the Internet and it worked well.
Everyone in our group loved thje place, and we're hoping to stay there again next year.

Excellent Visit
This place was perfect - we were a family of 5 and we were comfortable. This was one of our best trips yet to Rincon. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops - perfect spot. When you stay in this unit, you have the yard and another side yard with a grill and outside shower. The host was great and the house is perfectly equipped. We stayed for a week and didn't want to leave. We will be back.

Rincón, the ‘town of beautiful sunsets’ is also known for its record-breaking waves, relaxed culture, friendly inhabitants, and delicious food. The Beach Pad is a 5 unit vacation rental conveniently located in the center of Puntas, just steps to Sandy and Pools Beach. Next door is the popular Kahuna Burger Bar. They have great burgers and it is a popular spot to go for a drink at night. The well-known Tamboo Bar and Grill is just down the street, right before Sandy Beach, and has beautiful ocean front dining. There are also boutique shops, a mini-mart, a bagel shop, sandwich shop, a coffee and smoothie shack with vegan options within walking distance! Although you can stay in Puntas, we recommend you go for a drive and explore the area.
Getting around
From The Beach Pad you can walk to 3 beautiful beaches, multiple restaurants and bars, a coffee shack, catch a yoga class on the beach, get a massage or rent water sports gear.
