House Rental
Our home is located in the exclusive, gated, Mountain Gate Community, located in the heart of the White Mountains. We are only a mile away from Show Low Lake and 30 minutes from Sunrise Ski Resort. The community is surrounded by a beautiful stream and has walking paths all around it. Our home is located at the junction point of the stream. You can sit in the backyard by the fire pit and listen to the soothing sounds of water rushing by.
There is so much to do in the surrounding area as such as skiing, fishing, biking, hiking, parks, horseback riding, zip lines, ATV trails and rentals, golfing, shopping and great restaurants.

Up to 15GB daily of Wi-Fi included. Additional fees assessed for data usage over 15GB/day. Please set your streaming quality to "medium" on all devices to avoid going over the 10GB/day.

Garbage must fit in can with lid closed. Any excess garbage will incur minimum $50 disposal fee.
Copy of your Driver's license is required to provide to HOA before rental.

The Perfect Relaxing Getaway!!
We had a fantastic time here. The cabin was amazing and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was perfectly laid out and the pictures didn't lie, it was beautiful. Close to everything like food, fishing, and a great park. My kids had the best time. Absolutely loved it.
The owner made everything easy. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing cabin!
Great place to stay! It has everything you need! Clean and well kept! 5 stars in my book! It’s close to hiking trails, local eateries and anything else you could imagine

Bright Comfortable Home in a Welcoming Community
We spent the months of August and September 2018 in Michelle and Chris' delightful cabin. The place feels and looks like a real home, not a rudimentary rental. The furniture is in great shape, the beds are firm and the kitchen is well equipped. We appreciated the full size washer and dryer and the generous amount of storage space for our two months worth of gear and stuff. While the house is surrounded by ponderosa pines the interior is bright and cheerful. Walls of windows front and back let in sunlight throughout the day. The large and comfortably furnished south facing back deck looks out over the confluence of two streams. Much of our time was spent outside on that deck reading, relaxing, and enjoying the murmur of the streams. The house's back yard runs right down to the water, and on its bank is a wonderful double swing, another prime spot from which to enjoy the cool mountain air. The development is just south of the Show Low Lakeside border and is extremely well located for shopping and general access to events and activities.. One of the best features of this very well designed and maintained development is the walking trails which border the streams and meander throughout the extensive property. People smile and wave, you really feel like you're a part of a friendly community. The owners, Michelle and Chris, were easy to reach and very responsive, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. We are longtime and long term vacation home renters and their Lakeside cabin is among the very best places we've stayed. We'll be back this coming summer for more of the same. Can't wait!

Cabin in the Pines
We were looking for a way out of the heat of Scottsdale and chose to rent this beautiful cabin in the pines.
Just us two allowed us plenty of room in a place that can accommodate 8. Nice walking trails in this gated community. Made a couple of short or medium hikes ro Mogollon Trail plus Show Low Lake.
Much of the time we enjoyed the sound of the creek as we read on the backyard deck.
Thanks to hosts Chris and Michelle for their "Welcome Packet" with its restaurant suggestions and items of local interest. Charlie Clark's Streakhouse is a must!
The kitchen is great. Small improvement to make. --paper towels with better perforations.
They called this a cabin but don't fool yourself -- this is a really nice place to lay your lazy bones.

A wonderful White Mountain retreat in the pines.
Where can I begin? Our family has stayed here twice in the past year and this cabin is absolute perfection. First, the cabin itself is beautiful and incredibly comfortable. It does not feel like a rental, it feels like you are staying at a friend or family member's wonderful home. Anything and everything you need is right here, and it has to be the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The back porch is my favorite part, with it's cozy seating, dining table and BBQ grill, along with a serene view of the tall pines and the soothing sounds of a bubbling creek. Off the porch in the yard you'll find more seating, as well as an outdoor fireplace, perfect for making s'mores with the kids.
The community itself is fantastic, it's a great central location with a walking path that let's you feel like you are deep in the forest (we saw a deer on last night's walk!), when you are really just steps from your cabin. We love it so much that halfway through our current stay we have already booked our next visit. Being here, all the stress of day to day life melts away, and even high-strung folks such as myself can completely relax. The owners are fantastic, communicate in a very timely fashion and provide all the information you might need around the house. You will not be disappointed with a stay here!

Worth every penny...
Great from start to finish! Owner was a pleasure to work with, and returned my inquiry in minutes. Booking was easy. Property was spic and span clean. Has everything you need. We were there in a snow-storm and it was a winter wonderland. Very quiet and peaceful. I can not wait to return in the summer as well!
