Me and my Family of 7 in total stayed here and I must say that our stayed was excellent. situated about 5 minutes walk from Nissi beach and a 5 minute taxi ride to all the nightlife. There was also Family bars and a small supermarket nearby within a 5 minute walk.Also had full English plus other nationalities TV Film plus sport. We also found the owner Nicos was very helpful always on the end of the phone if ever we needed anything. We could not have wished for a better Holiday Thank you Nicos

We stayed at Villa Agnes for my daughters wedding. There were 7 of us including grandparents and children. The villa was very clean and had everything you needed. The pool was amazing for young and old. We barbequed on one of the evenings, buying our meat in one of the hypermarkets which was about 15 min taxi ride. Nicos was fabulous and a perfect gentleman. Our flight wasnt until 11pm on the Sun night but Nicos allowed us a late check out at a small fee which was great considering there were 70 year olds in our party. The local restaurants were amazing especially Gardens which we visited quite a few times. It was a lovely quiet family orientated area which was very close to the beach and waterpark which were both amazing. I would definitely recomend Villa Agnes for anyone thinking of staying in this area.

We were met on arrival by Nicos the owner, very friendly, villa was clean and everything you need a villa to be. Pool was brilliant for the children to cool down (and the adults) Nicos would happily deal with any issues and popped by to keep an eye on his villa a couple of times. Very close to Nissi beach Resort, you can use the hotels amenities which is lovely. Small local supermarkets, pharmacies, bars etc very close - walking distance, some are a little pricey - but very convenient to have. Taxi ride to Ayia Napa will cost around 2 euro per person - they do like to fill their taxis so expect them to invite a couple of strangers to fill your ride, worth the trip as lovely restaurants, harbour and a bit of shopping, also lots of bars for evening entertainment. Bus trip also worthwhile as you can see so much, Lidl is about 20 min bus ride away - great for the BBQ meat! All in all a lovely place to stay, we will return!

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Agnes and we had a great time. Communication with the owner Nicos was good from the minute we booked until we departed. The villa is in a great location for Nissi Beach and restaurants and bars. A trip to the harbour costs about 10 euros in a taxi which are plentiful from the villa or you can walk in about 40 minutes. There are lots of things to do for everyone, we travelled with adults, teenager, 5 year old and 2 year old and we were all catered for. There are additional charges at the villa for electricity. This works out very expensive at .50 cent per kWh over the 200 units you are allocated, please be mindful of this when using things like air conditioning etc. For us it worked out at 18 euro a day so a 180 euro bill at the end of our 10 days. I would definitely recommend staying at villa Agnes and will definitely consider staying again.

Great stay in villa Agnes, Nicos was very helpful with any issues we had and he got them resolved immediately. The villa is in a great location just 4-5 minute walk to nissi beach which is a must if you stay here. Bars and restaurants are 4-5 minute walk down the road with lots of choice. The centre of Ayia Napa is about a 20 minute walk from the villa but there are buses that go there too which takes 5-10 minutes depending on stops. Brilliant stay would definitely stay again. Nicos could not have been more helpful in the booking process and organising of the villa. Villa was exactly what is pictured and advertised in a great location very close to shops, bars, restaurants and only a 3-4 minute walk from Nissi beach. If you are going to book this villa, make sure to let Nicos organise your taxis from the airport. Loris (the taxi driver) was amazing and made our stay much easier knowing great locations and always being able to get us within a few minutes! If we go back to Ayia Napa, we will not look anywhere else and will book this straight away!

Me and my friends were a mixed group of 8 people. The first night we arrived, Nicos, the owner, forgot to give us the code that gives access to the key of the villa. Which means we slept outside all night long. However, the villa is beautiful and well equiped and Nicos was nice. Inconveniently, the third night we 've been burglared; all devices (tablets, phones, cameras, laptop, chargers), handbags, luxury belts and sunglasses, cash, watches, and flagrances have been stolen. We left the house at 8pm and came back at 1am when we discovered this misery. The backyard's door was opened and we realise that the window and the door was forced both. We found footmark on the toilets and in our house, it was so creepy. The neighborhood is very quiet, and unsecure. Anyone could enter in the villa's terrace and go around the house as well. The gate could not be locked. Our holiday was destroyed following this event. We spent time going to police station and ambassy to complain but nothing really helps.

When my friends and I first came to the house, our first reaction was "wow". A beautiful house with big open rooms, and the pool was fantastic. The area was beautiful and the neighbors were very friendly. Just a short walk to the beautiful Nissi beach with a lot of fun activities. Nicos was from the start very good to explain everything and answered within an hour to whatever questions we might have and even came to clean the pool during our stay and arranged a taxi to pick us up. The taxi driver, Loris, was excellent and we never took another taxi. Wherever we were, how early or late it might have been, he was there within 5 mins to pick us up. My friends and I highly recommend Villa Agnes to others who wants an enjoyable stay in Ayia Napa!
