this apartment is highly recommended. It is modern, clean, beautifully constructed and equipped. It overlooks the two 11th century churches and other buildings of the town square. Great location for visiting Perugia, Todi, Spoleto, Assisi, Montefalco, and many others.

Although we are only two people, we had planned an extended stay in Bevagna and didn't want to feel cramped. This apartment was a wonderful choice. Although there was not a lot of direct sunlight during the October-November time we were there, the apartment has large windows and is bright and spacious. At night there are plenty of lights with enough controls to give the amount of light you want. All the furnishings are modern, well-maintained, and the seating comfortable. There are two large screen TVs and good Wi-Fi. We do minimal cooking, but the kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes and glasses. There is even a dishwasher in the main kitchen. For more cooking needs there is even a second, smaller kitchenette. Because of the space, friends (another couple) who were in Florence joined us for a week. The apartment configuration provided excellent privacy for everyone. There is plenty of storage for both short-term and longer-term occupants. The beds are very comfortable, and the abundant bedding is clean. Communications to book the apartment were clear and prompt. Luana answered our questions and made the process easy. The check-in and check-out were easy and simple. We did have a minor hot water problem which was evident shortly after we arrived. Communications with the owners and Luana were also promptly answered and the problem was resolved quickly and completely. The apartment location couldn't be more convenient. Parking is a few minute walk from the door, and there is a friendly bar directly across the street serving good coffee. It was fun to be right in the heart of Bevagna in such comfortable, tranquil accommodations. We travel to Italy every year, and have had many nice apartments. Without question, this is one of the best. We plan to return to Bevagna and this apartment again. We recommend both the town and the apartment without any hesitation.

We rented the entire apartment for a longer period. The bedrooms were nice, quiet and comfortable. The bathrooms nice. The kitchens could have been better equiped, but we managed with what was there. The place right on piazza was marvellous ... picking up coffee and croissants in the café on the opposit corner each morning. There are no tour operators in town, but a decent tourist office, who could probably arrange contact with such. Only downside was that the balkony was toward a not so cozy courtyard.

Somehow I forgot to review this apartment at which we stayed last September. The apartment was a wonderful place to stay, so spacious and clean. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone considering doing so. We loved being able to wash our clothes and then hang them on a private balcony to dry. There are several excellent restaurants in Bevagna, all within easy walking distance. If anyone wants specific restaurant recommendations or greater detail on the apt, feel free to contact me.

The nice modern apartment is well situated in Bevangna. The owners have been very friendly und helpful and booked for us a table in outstanding good place on Easter Sunday. The property is very well situated and you feel that you are in Italy. Restaurants and shops are all within short walking distances. People have been very friendly. Bevangna is obviously a good place for touring round in Umbria. We visited places like-Perrugia, Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Villa Lante, Orvietto. All in all a very good quality holiday in Italy, friendly people and excellente Restaurants.
