It will be a pleasure to wellcome you to our property. A great pool villa for a big family, 7km away from Elefthérios Venizélos Airport, 5km from Rafina port, with daily connections to Cyclades islands, while Piraeus port, with dialy connections to all Greek islands is 26 km from the property. By car distance from the property to the centre of Athens is 20 km (aprox.30'). Distance from Pikermi to the closet metro station (Pallini) is 4 km and metro duration is aprox.32' up to Syntagma station (center of Athens). Amenities available are: supermarket 2' walk, near to the supermarket (5' walk) there is a small shopping center with a coffee shop, a clothing store, shoes store, furniture store, and a park near a Orthodox church. To nie jest prywatna willa. Będziesz ją dzielić z właścicielką!

Jeśli szukasz prywatnej willi tylko dla siebie, to nie jest to czego szukasz. Będziesz tą wille dzielić z właścicielką, która na dodatek pod twoją nieobecność będzie wchodzić do części domu, którą dla ciebie przeznaczy. Tak było ze mną i moim partnerem. Wynajeliśmy wille na tylko i wyłącznie własny użytek ale zostaliśmy oszukani. Na dodatek właścicielka podczas naszego pobytu urządziła przyjęcie urodzinowe córki na basenie wynajętej przez nas willi mimo braku zgody z naszej strony. To wstyd by tak piękny dom był tak zaniedbany i tak prowadzony. W łazience są dwie umywalki ale wody w kranach brak. Prysznic urwany, kąpiąc się musisz trzymać go w ręce. Naczynia kuchenne brudne, zwłaszcza szklanki. Telewizor w salonie nie podłączony, to chyba tylko dekoracja. Miejsce na urządzenie grilla- chcesz skorzystać musißz wysprzątać i wyskrobać ruszt. Piękn6 jest basen ale okolicę zanim zaczęliśmy używać najpierw wysprzątaliśmy. Prawie 1000 euro kosztował nas tydzień w willi w której nie dało się zrelaksować. Nie daj się nabrać na piękne obietnice.
