This unit has recently undergone a few renovations. A fully self contained unit with a fully kitchen & Laundry. Very spacious bedrooms with 1 Double bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2 nd bedroom. There is access to the balcony from main bedroom and living room however you also have the option of rear balcony.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath and shares the space with the laundry - The includes a washing machine and dryer.
This unit is tastefully decorated and will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Located in the Heart of Bulcock Beach so everything is within walking distance.
Enjoy mountain and water views from the balcony, a great place to watch all the activity in the area.

Antique Fair on Sunshine Coast.
THIS FACILITY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH A DISABILITY OR A LITTLE OLDER THAN 20.
This flat from the 80’s is in a perfect place on Bullock beach over looking the water very nice, now for the reality, the “flat” is on the 4th floor walk up (42stairs) only a lift for your luggage. There is no aircon or heating the fans are standing rusted not ceiling, beds are 1 double 2 singles with bed covers from life line 10 years ago, the shower is over bath that was made 40 years ago when people were tiny. The kitchen oven has been in since the flat was built and rusted so use at your own discretion, yep she is a gem that is for sure but the owner is sitting on a gold mine and we the fool who never get to see prior to paying for this travel back in time get to experience it.
GUESS ITS AN EXPERIENCE YOU MIGHT LIKE TO GIVE A MISS.
