A separate study nook has a table for your laptop and more leafy views through classic arched windows. A renovated bathroom has a large shower recess and toilet, with another separate toilet at the back of the residence. There’s also a sunroom which flows through to a back balcony with stairs leading out to a sizable backyard. Off street parking is available in the driveway. The Neighborhood: Located 6 kilometres south-east of the Sydney’s CBD (Downtown) Randwick has a rich history and great natural beauty including a number of fine heritage buildings. It’s also centrally located, being a 5 minute drive to major shopping and transport hub, Bondi Junction, or about 25 minutes walk if you cut through Queens Park. It’s 8 minutes by car to sparkling Bronte Beach and just a little further to Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach. Randwick Tafe College and the University of New South Wales UNSW are close by, as is the Prince of Wales Hospital – all within a 10-minute drive of the residence. Getting Around: Off-street parking is available in the driveway, but if you prefer public transport, there are various bus stops nearby which will take you to Bondi Junction. From there, you can transfer to bus and train services to anywhere you want to go in greater metropolitan Sydney, including the CBD (Downtown), the Sydney Opera House or any of our world famous beaches.
