Cottage stone inaugurated in July 2003, within the regional park of the Picos de Europa. On the first floor is the winter peaks with large windows and surrounded by rivers, nestled in the mountains, and with a balcony to enjoy the landscape that surrounds it, has 2 bedrooms one double and one double, living kitchen, tv, dvd, micro, fridge, washing machine with capacity for 4 people. Ideal to enjoy with the family. On the second floor is the nest of the aguila, abhuardillado ideal for couples with their skylights which can observe the starry sky and the magnitude of the mountain. Enjoy with us the observation of animals such as chamois, deer, cat mountains, Fox within the comfort of the home, which has capacity for garden, 2 bedrooms one double and another marriage, lounge, kitchen, tv, dvd...More

Enchanteur
L'appartement est situé au dernier étage d'une vieille maison très bien rénovée, avec tout le confort nécessaire dans un charmant tout petit village en pleine montagne. Idéal pour aller faire de longues promenades à pied. Les habitants du village sont très accueillants. Par contre, aucun commerce sur place.

Merci pour vos commentaires, nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour. La maison a été construite récemment et offre tout le confort. La ville compte 2 restaurants. Il n’ya pas de supermarché, c’est une petite ville de haute montagne idéale pour profiter de l’environnement. Merci famille jusqu'a á la prochaine fois

Muy buena ubicación y trato
Sitio muy bien ubicado para recorrer Picos de Europa. El trato excepcional por parte de los dueños. Muy cómodo. Estuvimos una semana en la planta superior abuhardillada El Nido del Aguila.

Hermoso lugar, acogedor y con todas las amenidades
Excelente opción para utilizar como B&B.
Cuenta con dos recamaras completas, ducha, sala de estar, televisor con wifi, cocina completa, lavadora-secadora.
Además Luis nos ha llevado a dar unos paseos formidables por la montaña, en donde pudimos observar la fauna Silvestre desde el telescopio.
Recomiendo reservar directo con el invernal de picos.

Acogedora casa rural en un entorno inigualable.Todo muy limpio y acogedor.los dueños muy amables me aconsejaron muchos sitios para visitar que merecen la pena.Un sitio para repetir

A wonderful week
We have just returned from a wonderful week in Portilla de la Reina.
The property - clean, comfortable and well maintained.
Rossana (the owner, who lives downstairs) is really helpful.
A fabulous place to walk and climb surrounded by stunning scenery and amazing wildlife. We will be going back.

Relaxing hideaway in the mountains.
Convenient holiday apartment in the little village of Portilla de la Reina which is a great base for exploring the south flank of the Picos de Europa and the Cordilla Cantabrica to the south. A very relaxing week walking every day.

Encantador! Excelente opción en picos de Europa
Nos hemos hospedado varÃas veces en casa rural invernal de picos. El tamaño del apartamento es excelente, tiene dos habitaciones, sala de estar comedor y cocina. La limpieza perfecta, y lo mejor son los anfitriones Luis y Rossana. La mejor opción de la zona sin duda.

Genial
Estuvimos en Semana Santa 3 amigas y una pequeña perrita, y mejor no pudimos estar. La casa con muy buenas instalaciones y el trato de los anfitriones es excelente. En cuanto a la ubicación, mejor imposible. En los Picos de Europa y unas vistas increibles. 100% recomendable. De hecho vuelvo en septiembre

Portilla de la Reina es una zona que pertenece al Parque Regional Picos de Europa, donde se pueden observar animales de naturaleza salvaje en su habitat natural, contemplar el canto de las aves y disfrutar de todo nuestro entorno de montaña donde la tranquilidad y la naturaleza serán nuestros acompañantes, la zona es considerada de las más bonitas del entorno de Picos ya que el acceso a la garganta del Cares por nuestro Puerto de Pandetrave la hace única, con paisajes de ensueño se pueden disfrutar todas las épocas del año muy marcadas por las 4 estaciones, en época de invierno la contemplación de nuestras montañas nevadas y el entorno único natural hacen de portilla un pueblo de postal.

Since it is a high mountain area is car is recommended to visit the entire circuit of the Picos de Europa however there are taxis, transport on demand and operated by Alsa stopping at Portilla de la Reina.
