Too wonderful for words...but here are a few superlatives anyway
Between us, my wife and I have traveled to 71 countries and all 50 states, many multiple times. We’ve had an incredible array of experiences. Our two week long stays at the Villa Vianci are among the absolute best. Our first was the year before the pandemic began. We took our two sons and their families (ages 14, 18, 19, 23, 47, 51, 52, 53, 77and 78). The second included 12 of our best friends over the last 60 plus years. They included college friends from long ago and work colleagues and dear friends spanning the last six decades. It was originally planned for 2020; then Covid bumped it to 2021; and then to 2022 when we went and had a glorious time. Life is family and friends. Of course, Italy cannot be beaten as an international travel destination in general and Tuscany in particular. We’ve been 8 or 10 times over the years to every part of the country except the most southeast part. Now that we’ve discovered the Villa Vianci, I don’t know when we’ll make it to Molise and Apulia. But the Villa adds a whole new level of joy to an Italian vacation. First, it accommodates family or friends beautifully. In our case, to be with 8 other family members and then 12 other friends is a grand time in itself. And to spend that time in a place with 7 oversized bedrooms, with really comfortable beds and ample rooms in which the whole group can comfortably gather is terrific. The views are unsurpassed looking out over the Tuscan countryside in front, including from one of the patios where all of us frequently had breakfast outside. On the rare inclement weather days, breakfast with your friends and family is also nice in the first floor formal dining room right next to the kitchen. The living space is really amazing. And then, of course, there is the quite large and very well kept swimming pool. We were with our friends in May so the water was a little cool, but we gathered around it for afternoon drinks several afternoons after being tourists all day. With the family in July, the pool was so wonderful. Spend all day out sightseeing then return late afternoon to cool off in the pool with a nice glass of wine and nibbles. And so many places to sit and read a good book or enjoy a quiet conversation. I’m sure each of us on both trips had our favorite moments at the Villa. My favorite each day was gathering with the people I care about on the third floor at a table that comfortably sat all of us for a three hour very relaxed meal of good food and drink. The meals were wonderful. Chiara, the wife of the manor, prepared and Tommaso, the husband of the manor served the meal. Tommaso and Chirara were the perfect hosts. Easy to communicate with before coming to the Villa; very available and helpful when we were there. When we finished eating, we would all take one more glass of wine or limoncello to the second floor sitting room and continue our conversation. Absolutely idyllic. And then the next day we would do it all again. Make the Villa Vianci your Tuscan home. You won’t regret it.

A place that leaves you with a good taste
We are a group of friends, stayed for a week at Villa Vianci in Tuscany in August 2022. We received exceptional hospitality. The two-story villa is clean, well-maintained, spacious and tastefully equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal in the heart of Tuscany, rural atmosphere, quiet and comfortable with close access to restaurants and supermarkets. The hosts Chiara and Tommaso, a nice and friendly couple, took care of all our needs with generosity and goodwill. The villa met all our expectations. We had many happy experiences during our stay and we were left with pleasant memories. We recommend Villa Vianci without any doubt.

The perfect destination to live under the Tuscan sun!!!
Our visit this year was our second to Villa Vianci! The rating system needs to have more stars. Tommaso, Chiara and their family are fantastic hosts for the villa, pool cooking classes and meals!! Villa Vianci is close to so many destinations that our large family group was endlessly pleased with each other's stories at the end of the day. As our new guests arrived this visit, all we heard were "WOWS" Exploring Villa Vianci, itself, her history, and connection to Staggia Senese and it's history cannot be replaced by any tour. When you visit, smile.

Villa Vianci
Our family of 14 spent a week at Villa Vianci last month. We all had a wonderful experience thanks to the generous hospitality of Tomasso & Chiara. The villa was beautiful and the location was perfect. The pool was an added delight during a few hot days! Chiara’s meals were delicious. We hope to return in the future to add more memories of beautiful Tuscany.

Amazing week for two families at Villa Vianci
We had the most incredible week at Villa Vianci in April 2022! We brought along two families including 6 children under 12 years old. Tomasso and Chiara are amazing! We loved the villa, the food and all of the help arranging our day trips! Can't thank them enough! Highly recommend!

Great family experience!
We stayed at Villa Vianci the summer prior to pandemic times and it was a delicious and an amazing experience. Tomasso and Chiara made us feel part of the family and enjoyed making pasta with the Nona the last night. The Pool was a great place to play and relax with the family. We had a very hot summer week so it was perfect for sunbathing. The Villa is a gorgeous traditional Italian style with many original details. Lots of space for a big family like ours to each have their own spaces to read a book or play a game of cards. The Alfresco Dinner table location was espectacular facing the Villa and the surrounding landscape. If you are looking for a very warmth experience like returning to yourTuscan Villa with family I recommend Villa Vianci for you. Hopefully after this hard times we will return and continue our wonderful memories with you guys. Congratulations with Baby Aurora!!! 🎉🎉🎉 Ciao from Puerto Rico-USA....Fernando, Loisse, Evo, Isabella, Luca, Sara and Fidel

Perfect Spot for Family/Friends to Enjoy Italy
Location is central - easy drives to Tuscan wineries; Sienna; Florence & surrounding villages.Scenic spot to relax by the pool; relish in the beauty of Tuscany. The home is wonderful; well maintained and appointed with lovely furnishings; the owners welcoming and helpful. We spent a month & we were still sad to leave. The views can be described as, "This is why people paint!'. Truly a vacation to remember. Whether you get the whole house for friends & family or just a room - this is a great spot.

A little bit of paradise in Tuscany
We had always wanted to explore Tuscany and came here with a group of nine family and friends. What an absolutely beautiful and authentic setting. The views are stunning and there are many places to sit and have a glass of wine and enjoy them. A grand house in the traditional style, although the beds were excellent, which is not often the case in these older homes. Tommaso and Chiara were the most wonderful hosts. If you want privacy, you've got it. If you want information or cooking classes, you've got it. If you want to make your own meals, they will grocery shop for you. If you want them to make your dinners, they do that too. The house is within a short drive to the town and a slightly longer drive to the nearest train station where you have easy access to all of Tuscany. All and all, it was a wonderful experience. There are not many people as gracious and kind as Tommaso and Chiara and we felt very well cared for. Loved this place!

Ideal Villa in Tuscany
Beautiful villa in Tuscany. We had a group of 4 couples and had plenty of room. Tomaso and his wife are great hosts. Very easy to communicate with prior to arrival to plan our stay. They prepared a wonderful meal for us and we had a pasta making cooking lesson on site. The villa is in a beautiful setting and the location is convenient to many villages in Tuscany. I would recommend a rental car to explore the Tuscan countryside. We also spent a day on a bike tour, but Tuscany is very hilly, so I would recommend E-bikes unless you are a really advanced biker.

About the neighborhood
Wine lovers have to absolutely follow the wine roads of the Chianti Classico area, with a visit to the new Cantina Antinori, and in the rich wine areas of Montepulciano and Montalcino. In the nearby it is possible to find outdoor activities of any sort: horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking. For those who want to play golf, we recommend the Abbadia Golf Club, just 8 Km from the villa. This offers a 6-hole path from where you can enjoy a splendid view of Colle Val d'Elsa and San Gimignano. Tennis fans can find, just 2 Km walkable distance from the villa, the Tennis Club in the town of Staggia Senese which offers the chance to play in a covered or open field beneath the magnificent view the castle Rocca di Staggia.
Getting around
Being located in the countryside, one car per group is recommended at least. In any case if you prefer to not gett annoyed with the narrow roads or the traffic of the cities, we have contacts with taxi drivers who are used to arrange shuttle services from\ti the villa. From the nearest town of Poggibonsi there's a train\bus station with hourly trains and buses to and from the major destinations of Tuscany
