Your help in keeping noise to a minimum is much appreciated between 10pm-8am. Excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals will cause neighbours to complain to the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police. This could lead to an on-the-spot AUD200 fine and/or eviction of the property.

About the neighborhood
The beachside neighbourhood of St Kilda is a popular holiday destination, thanks to its sandy beaches, adorable little penguins and windsurfing and yachting. You can dine at an eclectic range of restaurants along The Esplanade or frequent the cocktail bars and live music venues on the waterfront.
How to get there
We highly recommend using ride-sharing services. Check out the TripGo app for transport timetables. Public transport The Havelock St/Carlisle St tram station is about 200 metres away and has two lines accessing the Melbourne CBD in about 40 minutes.
