Rotorua City Homestay B&B is situated in the heart of Rotorua City, North Island, New Zealand and is located just a short walk to the restaurants, shops, bars, the Rotorua lake front and the geothermal parks.
This room offers a Queen size bed AND a single bed in the room (so can sleep a maximum of 3 people in this room) with a dedicated bathroom across the hallway. Access to the Spa pool and patio area is via the side of the house. The room also has tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and a mini-bar with a selection of drinks and snacks available.
The beds have summer or winter-weight duvets depending on season and have electric blankets for use in winter. The house is heated with a large heat pump and the bedrooms also have heaters so the indoor spaces are always warm.

About the neighborhood
Rotorua City Homestay is in a very handy location within a short walk to all amenities and directly opposite a geothermal park which is free to walk around and have a look at the mudpools and steaming lakes. We are on the bus route and tour buses can pick you up from our B&B. You cannot get closer to the CBD than Rotorua City Homestay, yet our B&B is quiet and peaceful.
