This is a well placed property with views to Lake Rotorua & surrounding area. Large 3 bedroom house with a double garage and plenty of off street parking. Only a 45 min drive to Tauranga & a 1 hour drive to Lake Taupo. Approx 1 hour drive to Hobbition. Close to all thermal areas and a approx 15 min drive to the Green & Blue Lakes.

Be warned liable to cancel at the last minute
We booked this accommodation months ago as part of a long road trip. The property owners cancelled our reservation without explanation or apology at the last minute leaving us high and dry. If you need certainty regarding you travel plans then go elsewhere.

We are only a 5-10 min drive to most amenities in Rotorua. Very good neighbourhood. Quite with great views to Lake Rotorua and the Township.
