NOISE & UNRULY PARTIES In the event if you cause unreasonable and excessive noise, interfere with residents enjoyment of their lots and/or common property, create health and safety hazards, damage a lot or common property, obstruct common property, you will be liable to pay fines of up to AU$1,100 and/or compensation of up to AU$2,000 to affected residents for loss of amenity enforced by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Owners Corporation. SMOKING If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of AU$200 for the the removal of odours, debris and such. PETS Similarly, if evidence of housing pets are found on the premises during your stay, we will impose a fine of AU$150 for professional carpet, sofa and bed cleaning services along with any other strata related fines for breaching the building code. COOKING If you plan to cook, that's fine but please note that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the balcony door and switch on the range hood while cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit. CHECK-IN/OUT Ensure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally. Check-ins are between 2pm - 10pm. I will not be present at this property during your stay. A representative will be assigned to check you in in person. The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay. If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book 'em. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken. FREE internet available. Password will be provided upon check-in. Complimentary coffee and tea available!

We're situated just off the corner of La Trobe St & Elizabeth St, only a 1 min walk to Melbourne Central railway station with access to everything all under the one roof. You're only a stone's throw away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more. Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.
How to get there
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient. If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop right at corner of Elizabeth & Little Lonsdale St which is only a 1 min walk from where we are. Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the 'FREE tram zone' signs. No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city. If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just across the road. If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “WILSON PARKING” - 265 LaTrobe St which is just a 2min walk away from us.
