For children the apartment has a selection of books, toys, DVDs and games, along with melamine dinnerware, plastic tumblers etc. Guests are responsible for all personal belongings, baggage, vehicles and other property of any description at all times. Parking is at your own risk. The apartments have exterior video camera surveillance at each of the external entrances/car parking area. The maximum occupancy in the apartment is 5 people (adults/children/infants). The nightly tariff is based on 2 people. Each additional adult/child will incur an additional person fee per night. Infants 2 years and under are free. Port-a-cot, hire chair and baby bath are available for $40 per stay. If infants require a bed, an additional fee of $40 per night will be applicable. Under no circumstances shall the number of adults/children occupying the apartment be greater than that appearing on the booking confirmation. Hobart Cityscape reserves the right to either recover costs directly from guests or evict guests from the property without refund. During Covid-19, for cleaning and hygiene reasons, we are removing all books, toys, game and magazines. In addition, we are reducing the number of cookware items to make dish washing easier. Sparkling clean and modern, fully equipped apartment
My husband and I stayed in the Fawkner apartment from March 1-May 31, 2019. It was a perfect place to stay. Though it is on a busy street and within blocks of CBD Hobart, the apartment was very quiet because of double- (or triple) -paned windows. It's nicely furnished with lovely sheets, pillows and duvets on the very comfortable beds. Both bedrooms had a good-sized closet for clothing, blinds and a blackout shade, a flatscreen TV, and an overhead fan. We loved having the washer and dryer inside our apartment. Also has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, lots of room for storing food, and sharp knives for cooking (something that we find is unusual in rental places around the world). The two bathrooms were spacious and very modern and had heated tile floors. Pauline, the manager, and Deb, who helped her with the weekly cleaning of the apartment, were friendly, helpful, and often left info in the apartment about things to do that were coming up in Hobart that week. Pauline also recommended hiking places and restaurants. On the same topic, the laminated info in the apartment about nearby restaurants, grocery stores, etc. was very helpful, including detailed maps and directions on how to get to the places from the apartment. Many motion detector lights are outside around the building and in the entryway to the apartment, which made it very easy to come home at night without having to worry about the dark. We loved Hobart and our wonderful apartment was a big contributor to why we enjoyed it so much.

Immaculate, well appointed and quiet!
This apartment exceeded our expectations. Convenient walk from Skybus stop 5, so easy to reach from HBA. Pauline waited to greet us, and guided us well for groceries, restaurants and current events around town. Great opportunity for laundry in the midst of a long trip. Spotless and well appointed kitchen. Wi-fi, TV, AC - all the conveniences. Two separate masters, so ideal for our group. Great alternative to a hotel. We had a great stay - thank you, Pauline!

Beautiful apartment close by to everything you need and want to see in Hobart
Great location, easy walking distance to city centre, Salamanca, Battery Point and Sandy Bay. Apartment was spacious for 4, lovely sized bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Pauline made us feel very welcome with recommendations of things to do and also Kindly took us to the shops to buy a few provisions. Happy to visit again.

Great location to explore Hobart
This very well presented 2 bedroom apartment is in an ideal location to explore Hobart especially if you are walking everywhere as we did. It is an easy walk to the waterfront and across the road from the start of the lovely Hobart Rivulet walk which takes you up to the Cascade Brewery (about 40 min walk). Also close to a supermarket, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Pauline was a great hostess who gave us good touristy tips! The apartment has everything you need and we found it very quiet too even though you aren't far from the CBD.

Awesome, 5 Stars and perfect if you want extra space!
When I visit Tassie I usually stay at the Henry Jones Arts Hotel but with a toddler I found it was a little small to stay there. So I came across Cityscape and their outstanding apartments! I love 5 star hotels but staying here was brilliant! We stayed in apartment 3, it was modern, spacious, large rooms, great kitchen with everything you’ve could ask for, 2 modern bathrooms and even a washing machine and dryer. Pauline was an amazing host and gave us lots of information on what to do in the area and any question we had was promptly answered with a smile. The apartment is 10/10 clean and all newly renovated! Plus the location is great, only a short walk into the city and to the wharf area. It was great for our family as it was quite at night but you still felt close to everything. I recommend this to anyone looking for 5 stars but want the extra room! Would happily stay here again!

The apartment was in top shape.
The apt is walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets,museums,etc. It is very thoughtfully equipped/furnished with every item one would need to feel at home. Lots of info available on attractions, markets,etc.

Amazing centrally located apartment
We had a fantastic stay at Pauline's delightful Cityscape apartment no. 3. It was comfortable, spacious and super clean, with everything we could possibly need, down to tea, hot chocolate, coffee and milk. Pauline is a very thoughtful host and provided us with lots of information on local events and attractions, and even gave us extra washing powder for laundry as we had just finished the overland track. We couldnt have picked a more comfortable place to recover! The apartment was also just a 10 minute walk from the city centre and 2 minutes from some lovely cafes up the road. Highly recommended and would stay here again when we next return to Hobart.

Lovely venue in Hobart close to CBD
This was our second stay at this lovely venue. The apartment is very clean, well furnished and in a very good location with off street parking. Pauline was very helpful with suggestions for local activities and it is an easy 10 minute walk to Salamanca or the City.

Everything you could possibly need for your stay!
Location is outstanding as it is in close proximity to the CBD and also Salamanca Place. Whilst we had a car you can also access much of Hobart on foot from this location. The apartment was immaculately presented with everything you could possibly need for either a short or extended stay. The Kitchen is well equipped, a washer and dryer is available as well as an abundance of information relating to Hobart and the various activities on offer. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV/DVD and the bathrooms are spacious and very well-appointed. We traveled with two young children (1 and 8 Years Old) and arranged in advance for a cot to be located in the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised to see a high-chair, toys and DVD's available in our apartment on arrival which made our stay all the more comfortable. An excellent location along with outstanding facilities and warm hospitality ensures that we will absolutely be return customers.
