You also have the Nerang river to go crabbing & fishing. Basic fishing gear is provided, along with crab pots. Two kayaks and safety gear also supplied
Anchorage Waters is fully fenced with a separate flat grassed space at the front which is secured by a large block wall & is an ideal spot for the kids to have their own space. There is two covered car spaces in the driveway under the car port for those who are bringing their own or hiring a car & two more cars can be accommodated in the garage

Great Group Family Getaway
Jenn was a great host and was most responsive.
Our group had 6 families and the house was well equipped and we did not feel squashed at all. Ensuites per room was terrific.

AMAZING HOLIDAY
We stayed at this beautiful property for 4 nights and it was just perfect for our group. The house lived up to the high expectations we had from the photos. Jenn was a fantastic host! There were a couple of things we came across that we had to let her know about and she was onto it immediately and sorted it out for us. A beautiful house with an awesome host!! We would love to come back again and bring the kids next time too!!

Stunning Place, perfect getaway
Wow, wow, wow.....My family were lucky enough to stay at this amazing place the week before Xmas. We were a family in need of a sanctuary and we found it at Anchorage Waters. The home was immaculate and everything a large group could possibly need was provided. We were so impressed with everything, the location, the views, the amazing pool and spa, outdoor area. It is within easy walking distance to the beach, cafes and shopping. Cannot recommend Anchorage Waters highly enough, we hope to return one day.

Perfect place for a family
Our family of 7 spent 6 wonderful nights at Anchorage Waters. The location is perfect and is close to all the attractions of Surfers Paradise. But you really don't need to leave the accommodation as it has everything you want or need. The house is huge, the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable but without doubt the highlight is the outdoor area with the pool and spa. Needless to say many hours were spent day and night relaxing and enjoying the wonderful view of the city. Can't wait to return someday soon.

Our family travelled from NSW to escape the cold and were treated with beautiful weather and a beautiful home. The anchorage offers so much space throughout with each (large) bedroom having their own ensuite of which there are 7 plus an additional bathroom down stairs. There were two entertaining areas which was perfect for kids to unwind before bed after day filled with activities and the adults could relax in interrupted in the other. The property is so close to the hussle and bustle of surfers paradise, the shops and the beach yet completely removed and quiet. We hired a boat Ho the river and moored it on the property mooring. We had a fabulous time and would recommend to anyone wishing to visit. We will hopefully return soon. Thanks Jenny for having us.

Wish we could stay!!!!
Our family of 19 from Mississippi just got back from a week stay. We absolutely loved Anchorage Waters. We had 9 children and they were all entertained with fishing, kayaking, hot tub/ pool, and pool table. The adults loved the beautiful back porch with sectional couches. The house had everything we needed for a large group and was BEAUTIFUL!!! Each room had its own bathroom, which is a plus, with that many people. A short walk and we were at great restaurants, the beautiful beach, and the 3 day a week market. Lots of great memories were made!

Great house - Great location
This was a great house - just like the pictures. It was walking distance from town and close to everything. The house was great - we caught fish and went crabbing (didn't catch anything) - went kayaking around the canals. It was great to watch the bats at night.
Everything was very comfortable.
The only problem we had during our stay is the WiFi would only allow about 12 people to get on at a time - so, we shared. We had 17 people that had phones and computers.
Make sure to go to the Currumbin Wildlife Sactuary - it's a MUST SEE.

Paradise Island is situated on Main River with one road connecting the Island to Surfers Paradise CBD. As there is no through traffic it makes for an idyllic tranquil location. Once you reach this central yet quiet location, you would never think you are only minutes away from the glitz and glam of Surfers Paradise.
Exceptionally Private, and just minutes from wonderful Gold Coast beaches. This gorgeous East facing sunny home has a very tranquil feel.
Anchorage Waters gives you the opportunity to experience the best of both worlds of water. Suiting those with a jet ski as direct Ocean access.
