The premises and amenities were just as advertised. A well-maintained and appointed apartment with spacious rooms, quality fittings and everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and each had a private ensuite. The views were indeed spectacular along Main Beach and over toward the hinterland. And yes, we even saw whales frolicking from the balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean with linens and bedding. The hotel facilities included well-maintained indoor and outdoor pools. Kylie was very helpful and ensured smooth arrangements.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful in a great location with bus and trams outside your door. Amazing views greet you upon arrival and absolutely everything you require is here. Kylie was fantastic and ensured everything was fine so that entry was easy.

We enjoy our few days away with 4 generations the apartment was lovely and spacious very well equipment and beautifully decorated and presented. The views are spectacular And light railway 🚃 outside was also handy. Owner very easy to work with would highly recommend this apartment. We will return next time we are going for a sea change to the Gold Coast.

The pictures don’t lie - this sub penthouse is well-appointed and well-kept. You walk in the door into an open living space with dining for 8, a spacious living room, and floor to ceiling windows throughout. There are three good-sized bedrooms and 4 baths, all sparkling clean and comfortable. While the accommodations are fantastic, the views are spectacular. There are two enormous balconies - one overlooking the beach and the other looking out over the waterways and neighborhoods to the west. Our best sunrise/sunset pics from our two weeks traveling around the east coast of Australia were taken here. The building is one block off the beach and about a half mile from the center of Surfer’s Paradise. The light rail is right outside, so getting around is easy. Kylie was a pleasure to work with - booking and being met upon arrival were a breeze.

We are returning guests to the apartment . The pictures listed show the apartment and the views exactly as they are so you know what to expect. We have always found booking to be easy and the location is wonderful being close to the beach and just a short walk to the shops. The light rail is an added bonus as a short ride takes you to either of two large shopping centres,The kitchen is fully equipped and so even though we are on holidays its easy to eat in or on the balcony looking out to the ocean or the mountains whichever you desire.The facilities are superb with a great lagoon a heated pool and indoor and outdoor spars. We think it is just perfect.

I booked this apartment as a hub for 6 family members meeting up to attend a wedding on the Gold Coast who were coming from different parts of the world/Australia. I decided on this one due to the size of the apartment, amount of bedrooms/bathrooms and the views. It didn't disappoint at all. The weather was hot but the breeze through the apartment was fantastic. The views are amazing and the apartment is spacious and well kept. It worked perfectly for the 6 of us and we never felt we were on top of each other. The pools were fun and the location was brilliant. Kylie's service was impeccable and she helped resolve a couple of last minute issues without any fuss (including the 6 of us becoming 7 at the last minute). We all commented on how much we enjoyed this apartment. We would all stay again without any hesitation. I 100% recommend this place! Thank you Kylie.

This property was absolutely outstanding and extremely conveniently located. Stunning views and very clean. More than enough room for our family getaway of 7 people. Woulld most certainly stay again and would recommend it for anyone.
