Sleeping arrangements can be twin single or kingsize bed in the separate bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the lounge as well as a porta-cot on request. Tariff is for 2 persons. Additional guest attract a surcharge. Cleaning/linen fee covers all linen hire. Mid-stay clean available at cost on request. Large regional public library at the back door. Local tours available from the tour desk downstairs and buses leave from the front door. Only 10 minutes from the airport and close to everything. The perfect place to chill and enjoy everything the tropics have to offer.... Perfect location

Darrell's apartment was clean, modern and perfectly placed to explore Cairns. We stayed over New Year and had a great view of the fireworks from the balcony. All the amenities are provided for a comfortable stay, with a comprehensive local guide of things to see, eat and do. Darrell himself was exceptionally helpful and responded to all emails promptly. We would definitely stay again if in Cairns.

Great location!

Really impressed with the apartment. Very clean and perfectly located to all amenities. Darrell was a great communicator and gave us lots of tips for things to do in Cairns. We will be back!!!

Great location in a bright and spotless condo

We were able to walk to the supermarket, restaurants and the marina from our location. Initially the bedroom was configured for a couple rather than two singles but Darrell took care of that very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Apartment

My Husband and I couldn't fault this lovely apartment and Darryl was awesome to deal with, his tips etc on things to do were bang on the mark. Great Location, Clean, Thanks very much Darryl for the opportunity to stay there and the wonderful friendly correspondence, Cheers Jan.

It really is the best on all account: location, near everything that you woul need. The view , from the balcony, is superb. Apartment/Condo well furnished with all the basics. For myself it really is the best! Michel P.

Great location!

Great location in Cairns- close walk to everything including restaurants, reef terminal, lagoon, shopping, bus and train transportation, night market, and aquarium! It was clean and had everything to make the stay comfortable. The complex is quiet which was perfect for us, even though it was on a busy street and above the night market. Pool was great and never busy. This is definitely not a place younger people stay, which even though we were, this was the perfect atmosphere to relax which is exactly what we were looking for. And it’s just a quick walk to any activity, restaurant or bar. Saving the best for last- great view of the ocean and surrounding area. Loved it!

Luxury with a view

Clean and tidy with a spectacular view they thought of everything you require, also a great location close to shops and restaurants. It felt like a home away from home.

Great Place to Stay

Very nice place to stay. Full kitchen, lots of room, walking distance to all activities, lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Darrell provides info on activities and places to visit.

Perfect Location

What an amazing location and apartment, central to everything, fantastic view from balcony. Very modern unit with all you need for a perfect stay. Darrell the owner great to deal. Had a stress free relaxing holiday will definitely come again.
