Large elegant double room with ensuite in the heart of the vibrant café, restaurant, bar district of Crown Street, Surry Hills, and only 150 metres from Oxford Street. We have three large bedrooms with ensuites. Minimum stay is 3 months, although some residents stay for longer - up to a year. The house has a fully equipped kitchen-dining area and a live-in manager. You are expected to clean after yourselves. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Price includes WiFi, and all utilities. Each room has a keyed lock. This is a non-smoking, no-party house. We focus on the quiet enjoyment of our residents. There are plenty of places to relax and socialise within a few hundred metres of our house.
