Spacious fully equiped apartment by the pool with two seperate bedrooms,just 150 meters above the sea.The apartment is 2km away from Sitia city center in a location called Tripitos.The big swimming pool allows you to relax and enjoy the sun.Arround the pool there is a big garden full of trees and plants.From the apartment veranda there is view to the garden and the pool,but also view to the Cretan sea. Zeer fijne plek
Fijne appartementen. Nog mooier dan de foto’s. De tuin is erg mooi. Zwembad is heerlijk. Nectarios is de beste gastheer. Hij doet alles om het naar je zin te maken. Hij geeft je tips. Elke dag een paar. Heerlijke strandjes en restaurantjes. Ik zou deze plek aanbevelen. 👍

Great appartments, best pool on Crete and best host!
There can’t be a better pool area with fresh salty sea water replaced every 2 weeks. Nice apartments and a Perfect location close to Sitia. Stelios and Maria take care of everything. We will come back! Make sure you don’t miss vai beach and the Retro Restaurant in palekastro. I bet this is one of the best on Crete !

Excelent Place and Value for Money.
The apartment was very nice with a beautiful kitchen (well equipped) and a truly unique modern bathroom .We really loved the architecture and the modern furniture There are two apartment hotels in the complex, both share the same pool.The pool and the area surrounding is indeed marvelous. The balcony was really comfortable with view to the pool and the garden as well as the sea. Stelios and Maria (our hostess) were really great, Maria took really good care of us and made us coffee everyday. Great garden and pool! Excellent place and value for money. Car is essential.Ideal for relaxing with the family.

Lovely apartment but beds too hard
As the previous reviewer says, it is a bit confusing , there are 2 sets of apartments here which are under separate ownership and the pool actually belongs to the other owner, but it is ok to use it.The pool is gorgeous as are the gardens, with fruit you are welcome to pick ( fresh figs!) I would say that a car is essential, its a very easy drive in and out of Sitea and there are lots of places to explore in the area. We really loved Sitea, a proper Greek town. These apartments belong to Stelios who we didnt actually meeet, and managed by Maria who is delightful- a source of excellent information and restuarant recommendations. They are quite traditional in set out with two large bedrooms , nice bathroom with great shower and a very nice kitchen ( well equipped) , indoor sitting area as well as a very pleasant balcony with views to the hills and a glimpse of the sea. The furnishings are modern and attractive in a country shabby chic kind of way. The only problem is - as several other people have commented the beds are really really hard. We have travelled to Greece extensively over the past 35 years and I cant remember ever expereincing beds like this. I had to put the sofa cushions on the bed to get any sort of comfort. It would be easily sorted with a decent matress topper. We were able to look inside one of the 'other' apartments which are more modern in buld.They are also very nice, perhaps the kitchens are not so pleasing, but the beds are softer, I just mention this if people have a preference.

Dear Diane, Thank you for your review. First of all,there are two apartment hotels in the property,with some areas completely shared by the guests of both places including the parking ,the pool, the garden and the pool area. Most probably you misunderstood the ownership situation. As far as the beds are concerned, in a few occasions some of our guest find the mattresses hard.The reason for that is because they are orthopedic which are slightly harder than the non-orthopedic ones.Furthermore they are brand new so it is really a matter of taste if someone prefers a harder or a softer one. We have also a lot of guests that are remarkably satisfied by the quality of their sleep and the quality of our mattresses.And we know that because we always ask that question in order to make sure we can provide our guests the best quality possible. However we really value your comments and your point of view and we will take all the necessary actions in order to provide the best quality of sleep for our guests. yours Stelios

Mooi kleinschalig (en rustig) appartementcomplex met zwembad
Goede ontvangst : een vergissing van ons bracht ons enkele dagen te vroeg in Sitia maar dit werd, zonder onkosten, opgelost! Maria gaf ons suggesties die ons op minder toeristische, maar oh zo'n mooie locaties bracht. Na een daguitstap was het steeds fijn 'thuiskomen'...in de tuin aan het zwembad, beiden zeer goed onderhouden, was het ook aangenaam vertoeven. Bedankt voor de fijne vakantiedagen!!!

Ruhige, saubere Apartments im griechischen Stil mit toller Betreuung
Die 4 Apartments liegen in hinteren Teil des Grundstücks. Es kann leicht zu Verwechslungen mit den davor liegenden Komfort-Apartments kommen. Die sehr schöne Poolanlage mit Meerwasser kann von beiden Häusern benutzt werden. Die Apartments sind großzügig und neu möbliert, hell und sehr sauber. Haben auch den griechischen Stil beibehalten. Die kleine Kochnische, mit kleinem Backofen und Mikrowelle, ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt, könnte aber ein paar Sonnenschirme an den Liegen gebrauchen. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich, dass es mit Maria eine super Betreuung gab. Bei griechischem Kaffee haben wir jede Menge Tipps über schöne Buchten, Restaurants und Sehenswertes bekommen. Wir sind ihr gerne gefolgt. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, da in der Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden ist. Aber in ein paar Minuten ist man im Ort Sitia mit Supermarkt und Restaurants. Sitia ist zum Glück noch nicht zu touristisch. Es gibt doch noch eine gute traditionelle Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Well-kept apartments with a perfect pool and a lovely host.
Let's start by sorting out something that is a bit confusing. There are two different apartment buildings on this property - with different owners, different websites and slightly different names that share the same pool. It is clear from the reviews that people get them mixed up. This one is the "back" property which is hosted by the lovely Maria. It is a lovely place to stay, but there are a few things you should know. Sitia Oceanides has clean and well equipped apartments that are renovated but still retain their greek style. We are talking about an apartment building with a pool - not a hotel. There is no restaurant, reception, bar etc. + The pool area is gorgeous! One of the best I've ever seen. There is a terrific little seating area in the shade where we had lunch a few times. + Maria is a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and will get you a greek coffee in the morning while she gives you valuable advice about eastern Crete. + Roomy two-bedroom apartments with a well-equipped kitchen. + Excellent value. + Sitia is a wonderful little town, far away from the tourist crowds often seen in other parts of Crete. - Notice that the property is situated a couple of kilometers east of Sitia and that you really need a car to get around. - There are no shops or restaurants in the surrounding area. There is nothing to buy in the hotel, so you need to go to one of the supermarkets in town and stock your fridge. - Be careful around the pool. Our youngest daugther cut herself on several occasions on the stone plates that surround the pool. - The beds are very hard.

Detta är ett såå vackert och fint ställe på alla vis. Ett fantastiskt välkomnande av Nectarios-ägaren. En stor, designad och vacker trädgård där vi plockade färska fikon. En härlig pool med saltvatten i . I den rena och snyggt stylade lägenheten fanns allt vi behövde för att laga goda middagar. Ett stort plus är att man får ta med husdjur som personalen är väldigt gullig emot. Extra bonus är alla bra tips vi fått på utflykter av alla möjliga slag. Ett toppenställe!!Vi rekommenderar detta ställe mer än gärna . Vi hade det superbra!!

Perfect place
We have a great vacation here and every member of our family love this place. Clean pool with sea water, nice area, in the room you can find everything you need for cooking, also clean and nice. Thanks a lot for your cool hospitality and warm welcome. We will come back for sure.

Presque Parfait
Séjour de 3 semaines dans 1 magnifique appartement, bcp d'espace, terrasse pas très grande mais bien située dans le verger, vue sur la piscine d'eau de mer. Accueil excellent, merci à Eleni, à Stelios et surtout à Nektarios, l'autre propriétaire très présent et charmant. Endroit idéal pour couple, très calme, séjour basse saison donc pas trop de monde à la piscine. Tout est bien entretenu, femme de ménage pour le nettoyage et changement des draps de lit et serviettes tous les 3 jours (charmante), jardin, piscine, tout est "nickel". Quelques bémols: la salle de bain est très vétuste (douche, eau chaude, pas de bouchons d'évier), il y à 1 seul fauteuil confortable dans le living, le reste c'est une banquette en béton avec 2 coussins inconfortables, pas de satellite donc seulement 3 chaînes tv grecques (aucune chaîne internationale), peu d'armoires dans la cuisine et d'ustensiles, par contre très grands dressings dans les 2 chambres et un bon wifi. Au moindre souci Eleni est présente pour vous aider avec gentillesse et empressement pour aussi vous servir un café ou un verre au bord de la piscine. Merci à tous.
