A spacious outdoor living veranda, where you can eat or simply relax on armchairs and rocking chair, leads to the entrance of the ground floor, where you will find the two-level living room with dining table, corner sofa bed and entertainment area with 43" 4K Smart TV with sound system and satellite decoder, which allows the viewing of all Italian digital terrestrial channels and many foreign channels, as well as the possibility to access streaming channels. Also on the ground floor is a modern fully equipped kitchen, a double room with bunk beds and a bathroom. From the living room and kitchen there is access to the covered interior veranda with ceiling fans, an ideal place to enjoy meals. From here you have access to the outdoor laundry room where you will also find everything you need to clean the house. On the second floor are two spacious double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, both with en suite bathrooms and a small terrace, plus a third double bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom in front. Next to the house is a very pleasant outdoor shower, very convenient for cooling off and rinsing off after being at the beach. Plus for the area is the presence at Villa Belvedere of a gas boiler, which allows you to take showers without worrying about running out of hot water and without having to wait between showers! All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/dehumidifier/heat pump. Internet connection with Wi-Fi and unlimited data traffic is included, which is rare in this area: whether you need to work or watch streaming movies, you'll have no problem. If you need baby equipment just ask for it, Accomodando provides free cribs, drop bars, high chairs, baby bathtubs, changing tables, chair risers, etc... At Villa Belvedere there are plates, glasses and cutlery for children as well as home and beach games and books for everyone. Beach umbrellas are also available to guests. The very comfortable house is tastefully furnished, ideal for peaceful and relaxing vacations. The villa is named after a magnificent belvedere, the pride of this house. A staircase made of local stone leads to a clearing equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella and zero gravity deck chairs, from which to enjoy an amazing view of the entire bay. The lookout is the ideal place for a sunset aperitif but the view is breathtaking at any time of day. Accomodando is available to its guests and offers a range of services upon request: directions for car rental, transfers, restaurants, beaches, shopping, places to visit, organizing sightseeing tours, and more. It is also possible to request additional services such as babysitting, dog sitting, cleaning during the stay, laundry service and home chef. Adjacent to the villa there is a small, completely independent annex with two rooms and a bathroom, where depending on the periods it is possible the presence of the owners, who use it only for sleeping, who value the privacy of the guests and who are still available for any suggestions or needs. A place of beauty
Our second visit to Villa Belvedere. And certainly not the last. We were more then happy to enjoy a wonderful week at this peaceful location. The newly made Belvedere is even more beautiful. There is no better place for vacation.

L’arte dell’accoglienza
Abbiamo lasciato questo piccolo angolo di paradiso ieri. La casa è semplicemente stupenda eravamo tre famiglie formate da 11 persone e non ci siamo dati fastidio per nulla, ognuno aveva i propri spazi e la propria privacy.qualsiasi utensile cerchiate la casa è fornita di tutto.e se non volete prendere la macchina per spostarvi in qualche spiaggia a 300 m dalla casa c’è una spiaggia enorme dove troverete sempre posto.con un mare stupendo e un chiosco dove poter pranzare. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta è Lorenza lei è stato il nostro angelo custode.se non avessi avuto lei la mia vacanza sarebbe stata un inferno.vi aiuterà in tutto l’arte dell’accoglienza è innata in lei. Grazie Lorenza siamo stati benissimo.

Magnifique maison
Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques à la villa Belvédère. Merci à Lorenza pour son accueil et ses précieux conseils. Cette maison est particulièrement adaptée si vous venez avec des ados ou plusieurs familles car chaque chambre à une salle de bain privative. La cuisine est petite mais très complète et récente. La villa est pourvue de climatisation dans chaque chambre + salon et de grands arbres ombrent la terrasse ainsi que la petite pelouse devant la maison. La villa est accessible en prenant des petits escaliers qui se prolonge jusqu'à un "belvédère" d'ou vous aurez une vue incroyable sur la région.

Perfect location
We had an incredible week in Villa Belvedere, Geremeas. The house is beautiful and the view stunning. We will come back soon. It is the ideal location for a relaxing vacation. Super friendly owner and the beach is wonderful.

Ottima soluzione per una vacanza con più famiglie!
La casa è molto bella, organizzata, confortevole e sembra di essere a casa propria visto l'arredamento così personalizzato. La sua grande ricchezza è comunque la spiaggia che si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi, ma per i più pigri o con bimbi piccoli, c'è anche un comodo parcheggio che dà su di essa. Qui troverete sempre spazi ampi e poco affollamento persino ad agosto ed un'acqua stupenda. Perfetta quindi per vacanze in relax da condividere con gli amici. Lorenza poi vi verrà incontro per ogni esigenza e vi accoglierà con calore e gentilezza!

Non manca di nulla!
La villa davvero nn manca di nulla! Ottima la posizione a 5 minuti dal mare (bello come la Sardegna comanda) ma alta, quindi la sera nn ne senti l'umidità; è circondata dal verde ed alberi ad alto fusto quanto basta per avere la tua privacy; è super attrezzata e super organizzata quindi per tenerla in ordine ci vuole un attimo ed ognuno può avere i suoi spazi. Per ultimo... è quel casual chic che amo tantissimo!!!

The location is quiet and peaceful. Very helpful and friendly owner. The beach is very close - optimal walking distance for children. House looks even better than in the pictures. Clean and spacious. Tastefully and charmingly furnished interior An ideal holiday for a family of four!

La vera Sardegna
La Sardegna del sud è più bella della Costa smeralda, questo è quello che mi sento di dire dopo aver visto la spiaggia di Geremeas e tutte le spiagge limitrofe. Grazie soprattutto alla possibilità di soggiornare in questa casa, perfetta per le vacanze in famiglia. C'è tutto quello che serve, camere confortevoli bagni e cucina super. Basta uscire nel giardino e respiri l'aria della vera Sardegna. Un posto incantevole, tranquillo, vicino al mare. Non potevamo chiedere di più. Entusiasti anche i miei figli di 8 anni che vogliono assolutamente ritornare!

una vacanza da sogno
abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa per una settimana con i nostri bambini ed è stata una delle vacanze più belle della nostra vita! la villa è accessoriata di tutto, arredata finemente, immersa nel verde, sempre fresca e ventilata, i letti comodissimi. ha una bellissima veranda dove abbiamo mangiato tutti i giorni, anche a pranzo, dato che la spiaggia dista 5 minuti a piedi! la spiaggia è meravigliosa, pulita e poco frequentata in quanto accessibile solo alle ville della zona. Il mare ovviamente pulitissimo. avevamo soggiornato a Geremeas anche qualche anno fa col primo figlio piccolo e l'esperienza è stata stata stata talmente positiva che l'abbiamo ripetuta e sicuramente la ripeteremo ancora. grazie di tutto ai proprietari così gentili e disponibili di questo angolo di paradiso.

About the neighborhood
Geremeas Residence is a private condo, the perfect place to spend your holidays in total tranquility and safety. There is the presence of a caretaker and most of the houses, as well as access to Marongiu Beach, are protected by automatic gate. This allows the central part of the beach to remain enjoyable even during the peak season, as being farther from public parking areas. The condo was built in the 70s by a well-known architect. The characteristicwhite houses have the same architectural setting, while they are different from each other and are surrounded by large gardens, providing privacy, shaded areas and outdoor relaxation.

The condo is a true pearl of the southeastern coast of Sardinia and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the wonderful and numerous other bays of the territory, as well as the nearby inland, where you can find interesting archaeological sites and the Parco dei Sette Fratelli, an ideal destination for hiking and nature lovers.

How to get there
Geremeas Residence is located in the south-eastern part of Sardinia, reachable from the beautiful panoramic road that leads from Cagliari to Villasimius or from the faster new internal road. It overlooks a wonderful three kilometers long bay on the eastern side of the Golfo degli Angeli, featuring three white sandy beaches, surrounded by promontories covered in Mediterranean scrub and by a sea of endless shades of blue. The bay is part of the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena and of Maracalagonis, residential areas less than twenty kilometers away. The two territories are separated by the river Riu Geremeas, the capacity of which increases considerably during the wintertime and flows into the sea, while during the summer it is reduced, creating a small pond close to the shoreline, an ideal habitat for a nice colony of ducks. The central part of the bay, also called Marongiu Beach, is located right in front of Geremeas Residence and is characterized by clear, thin sand that dives into a crystal clear sea and protected by dense sandy dunes surrounded by vegetation. The western part is the Kala 'e Moru beach (the saracen’s landing place), in the territory of Quartu. It is a sandy shore with tiny golden grains of sand washed by a transparent sea of iridescent colors and a sandy seabed. On the hill overlooking the beach stands the homonymous village, which the Bruncu de su Monte Moru promontory separates from the magnificent cove of Mari Pintau (painted sea). The eastern part, beside the river, is the beach of Baccu Mandara, in the territory of Maracalagonis, with soft, golden, slightly coarser sand, which is steep next to the shore. The beaches of Geremeas are equipped with facilities and refreshments, hire of bathing equipment and boating. In the winter time, when the northwesterly mistral wind blows, the bay becomes an ideal destination for kitesurfing and windsurfing enthusiasts. In the evening, you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets in comfort, watching the sun slowly 'hiding' itself behind Cagliari.
