Villa dalla particolare struttura su du piani sfalsati, appena ristrutturata e arredata con gusto, con piscina privata e situata vicinissimo alle calette di sabbia bianca sottostanti.
Al piano superiore ampio soggiorno con vista panoramica da cui si accede al grande terrazzo che si sviluppa tutto intorno alla casa; cucina indipendente e totalmente attrezzata.
Al piano inferiore 2 camere matrimoniali e due bagni con doccia, le due camere affacciano sulla piscina privata.

ASTREA BLU REVIEW….
This house has an amazing view, just as the picture. The house itself is gorgeous with a stunning view and a nice pool. But it has its tricks. First, you have to walk through many stairs to get into the house, making it super uncomfortable for people who have leg issues or elderly people. The pool area is really hot, you cant be there in the day, only in the afternoon after the sun is down and the day cools off.
The house is really pleasing, but the staircase to get into the rooms is a spiral staircase, making it super dangerous for kids, even adults and old people. The rooms are average. The downstairs area has no Wi-Fi in any room, only upstairs. We had Wi-Fi issues, so we contacted the owner and said she will fix it because the wi-fi didn’t even work upstairs, but she never did. The location isn’t that much strategic, you have to have a car because the nearest shop for the basics things is 15 minute drive. Towels and sheets were really dirty and old, and couch was really dirty too. The house had no freezer. Kitchen was infested with ants. And you have to take every day the trash out at 6 PM because you will be charged at $100 bill.
We went there for approximately six days and had a lot of fun, but I just wanted to notice people who were looking for renting the house. Thanks.

Beautiful house, stunning ocean views!
We loved our stay in this beautiful house, which has been done very tastefully. Several levels offer fantastic views and we really enjoyed just hanging out on the terrace next to pool sometimes. The pool was very clean and the outdoor shower next to it was great. I am an avid swimmer and stand-up paddler and really appreciated being able to walk to the beach, just a few steps away, and explore the tiny, beautiful bays in the area. This is an all-round "feel-good" house where you can just kick back and enjoy the luxury of the house and the surroundings. We also cooked a few nights at home and just enjoyed the stunning view over dinner. There are also some lovely little restaurants in the area that Viola recommended. Viola was wonderful to deal with, always responding very quickly and always very helpful. We just loved this beautiful house and the surroundings!

Traumhafter Urlaub in sehr schöner Villa.
Toller Swimmingpool und super Meerblick von der Terrasse. Nur 100 Meter zur Badebucht.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ci sono posti ed emozioni che è difficile descrivere con le parole.
Per noi Astrea Blu è stata una magia.
Gli interni sono ricchi di preziosi dettagli e questo rende il vivere la casa in modo molto naturale, ma quello che lascia senza fiato è la vista.
Da quando ti alzi al tramonto vedi il maree ne senti lo sciabordio.
A coronare questa Bellezza una splendida piscina privata sempre con vista sulla cala.
Ancora grati per questo bellissimo posto che incanta fin dall’arrivo....

Stunning villa and location
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Villa Astrea Blu. It is a stunningly beautiful house, very well laid out and finished to a really high standard with everything you need for a perfect stay. Its location just steps from the beach gives you the best of both worlds, instant access to the beautiful beach and sea as well as relaxing time at the house with it's fabulous outdoor terraces to enjoy the wonderful views and the lovely swimming pool.
Viola was extremely helpful right from the time of booking and then throughout the stay if we needed anything. Thank you and we will be back again!
