The third person or the two children sleep on a couch which easily converts into spacious bed cca. 1,90 m x 1,20 m.
The apartment has separate entrance and also own terrace with furniture.
Private parking, satelite tv, air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, safe are standard equipment of the apartment and are not charged extra.

Crystal clear and clean seawater, fresh air, countless bays and long promenades and walking paths along the sea make Povlja an ideal holiday resort for a relaxing vacation.
Povlja is surrounded by many bays with different types of beaches and the center of the town also offers safe berth in a port.
Fishing and production of natural food-stuff represent a guarantee that you will also enjoy the offered food here in three local taverns, pizzeria and coffe shop, whereas the hospitality of local people will make your vacation in Povlja an unforgettable one.
Sports and recreation fans can enjoy diving, football, gondola rides, sailing as well as rent gondolas, sailing boats, scooters and boats for all-day excursions.
For true lovers of nature, we recommend to come to Brac and Povlja in May and June, that is the time when sage and lavender are in full blossom and the entire island is covered by their unique scent.
September and October are also recommended periods of the year because the days are warm, the sea is pleasant to swim and the winter seems so far away.

Freundliche Hilfe schon bei der Anreise; im Dunkeln war das Quartier nicht leicht zu finden. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Tipps von Ennio zur Freizeitgestaltung und sehr leckere gegrillte Fische zum Abendbrot in jeder Woche. Hier war wirklich das Bemühen um den Gast erkennbar. Auch Ennios Familie ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alle Belange. Vor Allem: absolute Ruhe im September, viel Strand für wenig Besucher und ein herrlicher Ausblick auf die Festlandsküste. Alles was man braucht, gibt es im Ort; man braucht sein Auto wirklich nicht mehr; außer für Fahrten über die Insel. Ennio war auch sehr interessiert für meine Eindrücke von der Unterwasserwelt beim Tauchen - problemlos direkt neben dem Quartier - und wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht. Dann will Ennio mitttauchen...

Comfortable, clean and peaceful
This studio is one of four rooms for rent in a modern house. The room is (as the name suggests) compact, but well big enough for a couple for a week. There is an almost completely enclosed patio with attractive shading. The owner lives in the same house and is always available if needed. One morning he brought us a lovely plate of freshly caught and cooked sardines. It is only about a 10/15 minute walk into the village for restaurants, church, shops. There are several nice swimming places close. Although very close, it isn't right on the beach and this particular studio doesn't have a sea view.

A wonderful, memorable place
We spent in Villa Gracin marvelous 11 days last year. The owner - Ennio Gracin and all his Family are fantastic - kind, helpful and caring. Apartments are cosy , very clean, modern and well furnished - we felt like at home there. Villa Gracin is about 50 meters far from the most beautiful beach and the sea in the world... You can rest, swim and sunbath in a quiet, delightful setting... It is a magic place - when you see it once you would like to come back there again and again...

Przepiękna lokalizacja w cichym spokojnym miasteczku tuż przy cudownie błękitnym morzu. Wspaniali własciciele, służący pomocą, pełni ciepła. Miejsce klimatyczne, urokliwe szczególnie dla tych co cenią ciszę i spokój :)

Great place to be
Good stay in one of the appertements. Owners lives also at the property, always there to give some information or help.
Appartements are well equipt, quiet location. You can walk to the beach (150 mtrs) or te village (1000 mtrs). Small and quiet village, few restaurants and bars and also shop. You don't need no more!

Povlja is located on the north-eastern side of island Brac, in one of the most beautiful bays of the island.

The majority of islanders in general are occupied with olives, wines and fishing.
Crystal clear and clean seawater, fresh air, countless bays and long promenades and walking paths along the sea make Povlja an ideal holiday resort for a relaxing vacation on island.
In Povlja are several archaeological sites from ancient times and some valuable buildings from the Middle ages period, like remains of an early Christian basilica from the 05th century, the octagonal baptistery with a dome, parts of the Benedictine monastery and defense towers.
Povlja is surrounded by many bays with different types of beaches and the center of the town also offers safe berth in the little port.
Fishing and production of natural food-stuff represent a guarantee that you will also enjoy the offered food here, whereas the hospitality of your hosts will make your vacation in Povlja an unforgettable one.

How to get there
When you drive towards Povlja, take the first entrance road into the town and after 300 meters you should be passing by the church.
Continue straight forward for some 600 meters up to a sharp U-bend (don't drive into the bend), where you continue driving straight on to the top of the uphill section.
Now you drive towards the sea and after some 150 meters, after a mild bend you will get into the settlement of weekend homes „Punta“.
Immediately before the first house along the road, turn right into the first access street.
After some 20 meters of slight uphill drive, turn left into the first access street.
The first house after 30 meters on the right hand side is your destination.
