A Dalmatian type villa made of stone, on a very attractive and quiet location in Povlja on island Brač, in immediate vicinity to the beach and 300 meters distant from the center of Povlja.
Apartment A1 can accommodate two adult persons and it's maximum capacity is three adults, or two adults with two children up to 12 years of age.
The third person or the two children sleep on a couch which easily converts into spacious bed cca. 1,90 m x 1,20 m.
The apartment has separate entrance and also own terrace with furniture.
Private parking, satelite tv, air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, safe and tourist tax are not extra charged.
We also don't charge the tourist tax extra.
Povlja is a small town, with only three hundred population is surely one of the most beautiful ones, located on the nor...

No gap between reservations in July and August please. Departure of old and arrival of new guests should be on the same day.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum "herunterfahren"
Povlja ist ein kleines Dorf mit ca. 300 Einwohnern. Wir waren nach der Saison dort. Temperaturen lagen bei ca, 25 °C, Wasser zwischen 21 + 23° C. Die Abgeschiedenheit des Ortes hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir konnten und dort wunderbar erholen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz nah am Wasser gelegen, wir sind oft in Badehose ca. 25 m bis zum Strand gelaufen und konnten im glasklaren Wasser schwimmen. Der Gastgeber (Ennio) bemüht sich sehr um seine Gäste, ist überaus gastfreundlich und ist immer bereit, gute Tipps für die Gestaltung des Tages zu geben. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut erholt.

Super Entspannungsurlaub :)
Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal dort, weil wir uns dort so wohlfühlen. Das Apartment liegt sehr nahe am Strand, sodass man das Meer von der Terrasse aus sehen kann. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und alles war sehr sauber. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Er war uns wieder eine Freude!

Doskonałe ciche miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek,cisza i różnorodne plaże .
Spokojna miejscowość z różnorodnymi plażami blisko od apartamentu.
3-4 restauracje oraz 2-sklepy spożywcze ,brak bankomatu oraz targu z owocami i warzywami. Płatność kartą bez problemów .
Sam apartament wystarczający ,taras obszerny i wieczorami cichy oddalony o około max 500 m od centrum.(brak kufli do piwa)
Na plażach i w miasteczku spokój i bez gwaru.
Jedynie ubolewaliśmy za brakiem zamrażarki w apartamencie (brak kostek lodu).
Apartament sterylnie czysty i nowy :)
Polecam dla osób które potrzebują spędzić wczasy z rodziną w skupieniu tylko na sobie :)
Widok co rano z apartamentu A1 będę pamiętał długo.
Dziękuję za mnóstwo informacji oraz regionalna rybę- Ennio :)
Polecam wycieczki do Makarskiej,Bol czy na plaże Lovrecina ,oraz na górę Sveti Jure 1760m.
Dziękujemy to był naprawdę spokojny urlop. paaaaa

Just to clarify regarding the freezer for our future quests that there is a large common freezer with ice cubes production on upper floor available for all guests on request but Przemek never asked for it during his stay.
It's true that ATM, fish and fruit market are not available in Povlja but all mentioned is available only 5km's away in Selca.

About the neighborhood
Povlja is located on the north-eastern side of island Brac, in one of the most beautiful bays of the island.
Povlja is a small town, with only three hundred population and the island Brac is surely one of the most beautiful ones on our coast, an untouched pearl of the Adriatic sea.
The majority of islanders in general are occupied with olives, wines and fishing.
Crystal clear and clean seawater, fresh air, countless bays and long prmenades and walking paths along the sea make Povlja an ideal holiday resort for a relaxing vacation on island.
In Povlja are several archaeological sites from ancient times and some valuable buildings from the Middle ages period, like remains of an early Christian basilica from the 05th century, the octagonal baptistery with a dome, parts of the Benedictine monastery and defense towers.
Povlja is surrounded by many bays with different types of beaches and the center of the town also offers safe berth in the little port.
Fishing and production of natural food-stuff represent a guarantee that you will also enjoy the offered food here, whereas the hospitality of your hosts will make your vacation in Povlja an unforgettable one.
For true lovers of nature, we recommend to come to Brac and Povlja in May and June, that is the time when sage and lavender are in full blossom and the entire island is covered by their unique scent.
September and October are also recommended periods of the year because the days are warm, the sea is pleasant to swim and the winter seems so far away.

How to get there
When you drive towards Povlja, take the first entrance road into the town and after 300 meters you should be passing by the church.
Continue straight forward for some 600 meters up to a sharp U-bend (dont drive into the bend), where you continue driving straight on to the top of the uphill section.
Now you drive towards the sea and after some 150 meters, after a mild bend you will get into the settlement of weekend homes „Punta“.
Immediately before the first house along the road, turn right into the first access street.
Ater some 20 meters of slight uphill drive, turn left into the first access street.
The first house after 30 meters on the right hand side is your destination.
