Perfect holiday apartment!
This is a luxury apartment with stylish modern furniture, cosy and very clean! Plenty of storage space and comfy bed. Everything was just perfect!
The residence is located in quiet surrounding, only three minutes by car to ski area and five minutes to Chamonix centre.
Lovely wellness area and gym with extra bouldering room.
We will visit again!

La Cordee 412 Apartment benefits from a very sought-after location for apartments in Chamonix. The Residence La Cordee occupies a prime position in the Chamonix valley - within easy walking distance of Chamonix town centre, in a peaceful, lakeside location. It is only 5 minutes' drive from the town centre; you can also comfortably walk into Chamonix along the river in about 15 minutes to access all of the shops, restaurants and bars. Flegere is the nearest cable car and at just 5 minutes' drive away. This ski lift that was new in 2019 makes the Flegere ski area one of the best accessible and most fun in the valley.

Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summer time is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.
