Mailhac sur Benaize is easily accessible by road from the toll-free North/South A20 motorway. The village is about a 5-10 minute drive away from junctions 21 and 22. It is roughly a 6-7 hour drive from the Channel ports. Limoges airport, served by Ryanair and Flybe from various UK airports, is only 40 minutes away by car. Poitiers airport is a good alternative - a little further away at about a 1 hour 30 minute drive and also served by Ryanair. If flying, a hire car is essential, as the area is very rural. The village is quiet and a great place to relax and put your feet up, and the nearest town with shops, bars, etc is St Sulpice Les Feuilles, just 2 kms or so along the road.
