The minimum stay for this property changes depending on the dates selected
AKA the "Green Roof Condos", we are a 1000 sq ft end unit with no one above or below. South facing and perched 20 feet above the ground with palm trees in all views. There is a second floor loft (fixed ladder) that sleeps 2. We have a freshwater pool right on the island. The unit has bamboo hardwood throughout and an open East view of the bay, dock and ferry landing and screened lanai. We have high speed UNlimited WIFI. The beach is less than 200 yards away. If you're a fisherman this is your paradise with private dock to fish and dock your boat.
FREE & secure parking as well as private FERRY service to the island is also included.
