Extremely clean and well kitted out for 2 people, very quiet place Ideal for Chatsworth, Sheffield and the moors walks are very nearby We will stay again Jim

Just returned from a week at The Robins. Friendly welcome from the owners with a delicious homemade cake, bottle of wine, milk and some fresh flowers in the lounge/diner. Very well equipped cottage, cosy and comfortable in a lovely rural location. Easy access to many places of interest. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. The Gate pub across the...

Lovely cottage, has everything you need and more. Bottle of wine and home baked cake were very welcoming. Very comfy bed, brilliant hot shower and all facilities were excellent. Great place to stop, well cared for and very clean, lovely gardens. Surrounding area great for walking, tremendous views. Would definitely stay there again.

The lounge/diner is comfortably furnished and the sofabed can be used for additional guests. There is a large downstairs bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen in compact but well equipped. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a kingsize bed. There is space for guestbeds/cot. There are separate complimentary laundry facilities. There is a large garden and patio (shared with The Swallows), an orchard with pond, a playhouse and toys for young children.
